This review is for the kids store. I’ve visited this store twice. Both times same story! 20 something year old workers who would appear to rather be anywhere else but there. Pretending to fold and fold clothes completely ignoring the customer. Two of the girls wearing belly shirts which would be fine in the adult store. Plenty of workers just awful service!!! They also have a rule only 1 person per dressing room so a parent can’t go in with their kids.

All I can say is the staff they hire has major attitude! We love the clothes and deals but nice and helpful is not part of A&F training. You get that quick hi at the door but after that your on your own.

My daughter received a store gift card for her birthday. I took her on September 5, 2013 to shop and redeem the gift card. She could not find anything she liked. I asked the store clerk if she could cash out the gift card. She was rude. Instead of explaining the policy and procedure, she proceeded to ask me «Do you know who we are?» «We are a high name store». «No we cannot cash out the gift card.» Her response was unnecessary and disrespectful. A simple «I’m sorry, but no we cannot cash out the gift card» would have sufficed. Her attitude was unappreciated. Will NEVER shop there again! I can pay the same price at a different store and receive better customer service.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
The Sales people. if you DARE to call them that, just stand around «pretend fold» sweaters and stare you down. NO hellos No how can i help you… i needed a last minute Xmas gift & my time was wasted .so i left and went to the GAP! #bOom
I will never EVER come back to this store and will tell everyone i know to stay away & hit up the FASHION Valley store. at least they smile at you :}

40% off everything in store day before Easter…
…yet the store was nearly empty.
I can’t imagine a day without a sale.
I am starting to dislike this brand since the prices are really high and the quality and looks isn’t too much better than it’s competitors.
For some reason I cant find anything to buy at this location.
