Burger King

It’s burger King, so the food was alright. There was no cheese on my burger when the receipt clearly said only cheese. The workers making the food are not wearing gloves. This grosses me out because I work at a restaurant and know how dirty handles and other kitchen alliances can get. Since you can see everything in the kitchen, you’d think they would look professional and presentable in front of the customers who they are making food for.

I went ordered 50 nuggets inside not even drive through and they messed up my order. I cam home to split the nuggets with my siblings and realized there was only 30. Call to let them know phone rang for 2 min no answer. I made the mistake of not checking while there. Especially since a guy had came in saying they messed up his drive through order also. Terrible service. Never going back. In N out and Chick Fil A are both near by. Even Carls Jr is better. Never again…

Came through the DT and ordered a bunch of food before the dinner rush hit. Only one car in front of me and one behind me. The car in front didn’t take long– no big deal, I wasn’t in a rush anyway. I pull up to the window, and the lady tells me my am out owed, and I hand her my card. The shift leader/​Manger on duty throws my order next to her and says the order is ready right here. The cashier asks if I needed ketchup, and I politely say no thank you. She hands me my order, and it felt pretty light, so I look in it. Half of my order was missing! I looked at my receipt to see if I was even charged for the food I had ordered. Yep, I sure was charged. I tell the cashier and she scrambles back to grab my missing items. She hands me another bag and says here… no apology or anything. Had I not looked in the one bag I received, I would have probably gotten all the way home and been 10x pissed off. Please, if you stop here for whatever reason, double check your bag (s).

I remember when I make an order take home and see the is missing one order the order order is wrong. this place not good, I not get it why in Escondido are so many fast food restaurant and still make mistake and still got customers.

Great service. Friendly staff. If they make a mistake, they apologize and fix it immediately. Food is always hot. I only go to this Burger King in Escondido.

Anybody who has driven through here knows this is the tightest drive thru in town! That’s why I choose to dine in! I watch all others hit the curb… Hahaha

A quick stop for fuel and this BK was in the same parking lot. Ran in and grabbed a burger and chicken sandwich. I was greeted when I came in and my order was placed and made quickly. No real issues with anything, its just BK, got the job done as expected. Wish there were healthier options on the value menu.

I always use the drive through. They never mess up my order or forget items. Basic service… not horrible and nothing special. Not a fan of the location. Easy to get in, however any way you exit you have to u turn to get back to the freeway.

ITs a BK… and so far they haven’t messed up any of my orders… so 3 stars…3.5 actually… can’t go higher cuz their food makes me fat and feel bad about myself for hours.

I normally do drive thru here and now I know why. The cashier was a complete ignoramus. She looked at me as if I was asking to kill her mother when I asked for a cup for my daughters chocolate milk and refused to give me a new chocolate milk when the water cup she handed me cracked.

I love Burger King but I Hate I Hate this one. They Never Hve cherry icey’s and they almost always would get my order wrong. I’m never going their again. I suggest u do the same too

I was here last night at around 10. Great service all around, the guy who took my order was competent and attentive. The food came out quick and really was made to order. It happens too often that great service gets overlooked but I was so blown away I wanted to write this review a day later.
As far as I am concerned the employees at this location are burger royalty.

This one is always clean, and the people are friendly… a good place to have «dinner with the King» at the BK lounge!

It’s Burger King. Never been inside, so I can’t rate that. I always drive thru and they are always fast.

Better than most fast food places. Good cooked food, nice people. A rare find.

Avoid this establisment at all costs. We have gone here about a half-​dozen times for lunch, and five of the six times, they’ve shafted us on our order. Whether it was forgetting specific items or even the chicken for the chicken salads, they’ve messed it up.
