Random visit returning from a trip up north was rewarded with a satisfying Whopper, fresh hot fries and rich tasty shake, served quickly in a clean environment. It is a Sunday evening ordered around 8:30pm. I can’t see reason why they shouldn’t get at least 4 stars.

This Burger King is slow but partially because of their staff. They are senior citizens trying their best and I appreciate that. The place is spotless and is easy to get in and out of. The food is always made fresh and is reasonably priced. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and same with the strip mall. I have been approached by transients for change the last few times that I’ve come in. I actually witnessed a guy knocking on patrons cars as they waited at the drive thru. I might not be back due to reasons out of control of this fast food restaurant.

Not a good experience. Never again. The girl at the drive thru looked like she was on drugs. Maybe that’s why orders are wrong? She didn’t say a word to me. It was awkward.

I like Burger King in general, but THIS particular one gets my order wrong most of the time. I have to force myself to remember to check my order and food before I drive away to make sure it’s correct.

My husband and I used to eat here quite frequently, but we’ve recently decided to stop going because of the lack of variety in the menu, the messiness of the whoppers and the quality of the salads. We also don’t care for the Coke Freestyle drink machine. Although you can get 100 drinks all in one place, you can’t get a plain cup of water unless you ask. Then you get a small cup full that ‘s poured from a pitcher behind the counter. The constancy of the ice that comes out of the machine also isn’t good. And the machine isn’t accessible to my husband who is blind.

Besides the typical perks of BK such as good pricing and menu this place sucks and is lucky to even have the name BK, EVERY time I go there I end up with warm soft fries, mildly warm burgers, and slow service! EVERY time… Nothing is really good about this particular BK, drive to the next city if you can to enjoy BK… unless YOUABSOLUTELYNEEDBK right then and now!

Why call it fast food when you are not fast and you make me and 3 other cars pull thru the drive thru so your metrics are up to company standards. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Order placed at 12:32 then sat in their waiting zone till 12:47. Then was told they were looking for me on other side of building. Why would i drive to other side when i was asked to park outside the exit by the drive thru window. FAIL.
