Duh Duh Duh DUUUHHHHHH!
Captain Video to the rescue! Ok, ok, I will freely admit that after a long search for a good in-​home TV repair company, I chose Captain Video because they had the best name. So, I guess that I got lucky, because they could have been total idiots.
My TV got fixed. The repairman didn’t even laugh at us when he told us that our TV’s audio, which we thought was broken, was simply turned off somewhere in the vast settings menu. No, it wasn’t on mute… we checked that.
Money well spent… he got the TV working, adjusted our picture, which had been oddly drifting to one side, and swapped out some cables. I almost want to only give 4 stars, because he didn’t wear a superhero cape, but I guess that’s not something I should rate. Bravo!

They came out the same day I called and fixed the Mitsubishi big screen the same day at the house. Marty was a great technician. I heartily endorse this company. Great people!
