Established in 1990.
CareMeridian Escondido opened its doors in 1990. The 10-bed, 3,800 square-foot nursing and rehabilitation facility is in a rural setting and features an industry leading 1:4 staff-to-patient ratio, 1:1 therapy and individualized care plans to support patients with brain, spinal cord and other traumatic injuries, as well as medically complex illnesses.
