This place has helped me in every way they can. Bet respectful to there clients if you are to them. Do not run your tool over then try to return it. That’s your issue. But they have good everything and all you need. I am very happy as this is my local shop and everyone is cool if you are. Very simple.

I walked into this store for the first time to fix my dads vape setup since hes been so busy working I wanted to surprise him for his birthday. Brooke and Travis were extremely professional and so nice to me, they adjusted the coil and put in new cotton in for free.
I have decided to quit smoking and I asked for a quote on a vape setup and the price was amazing, the setup they are going to sell me is cheaper than the prices online! The store is so clean and professional looking, the staff was interacting with all the customers with smiles on their face, this is defenatly going to be the only vape store I will be shopping at.
Thank you Travis and Brooke for being such amazing people you convinced me to stop smoking and I will be returning to buy my first vape from Cloud 9!

Cloud nine is the best! Great customer service, knowledgeable, take time with each customer. The BEST thing about cloud nine is that they test their own products! Too many e-​cig stores sell crap that falls apart and once you bought it, it’s your problem. Cloud nine works with you to fix any problem. Great service!

I’m relatively new to the whole vape world, but over the last six months that i have been, Cloud 9 is always my local go-​to. I’ve not had a single experience there that I wasn’t totally satisfied. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and are always down for sharing some stories or casual convo. Seth, in particular, is by far my favorite. He goes above and beyond to make sure that each customer is totally educated, assisted and walks out with all they came in for. In my opinion he does the best builds of any shop I’ve been to and always is so nice and happy. The ONLY thing that I wished would change is if they did more free build days or even build with any purchase etc… Other than that, cloud 9 is a great pick for any Vape needs.

What a great store! After having some issues with another vape shop in Hillcrest, I gave this one a try yesterday. Seth was super cool. Straightforward and knowledgeable without any BS or excuses. I found a good vape kit and got to sample a wide selection of flavors. I got to chat with a few other customers in the store who were all chill and super helpful as well. I waited a day to see how well the vape kit worked and so far, it’s been exactly what I had hoped I would get. Thank you, Cloud 9!

Great service, friendly, very knowledgable. I have been a customer for over 2 years and have NEVER had a bad experience.
Just yesterday my expensive MOD broke. Something about bent prongs. Robert (manager) was extremely friendly, quick, and replaced the broken part for no charge. Probably the third time he has fixed my mod. If your lucky enough to visit when Robert is there you are in very good hands.
There is no other ecig store like Cloud 9!

Great place. I go here frequently. The staff is all super nice and they have a great selection of vapes. It is also one of my favorite places to get juice. The watermelon wave juice is by far my favorite vaping juice to use. They will re-​coil your mod for $ 5.00 but is well worth the money. I will continue to be an ongoing customer and will continue to recommend this vape shop for as long as I vape!

I really feel bad going to another vape store. I’m extremely loyal and I’ve been going to another shop since I quit smoking two years ago but…
Unfortunately my regular store has been having inventory issues and they never have the equipment I need, so, I came to Cloud 9. I’m very pleased that I did. They have a large selection of setups and liquids. I found everything I needed quickly and painlessly. I was even assured that they always have the replacement atomizers that I need. Cool! Anyone who has gone from smoking to vaping knows that you NEED a reliable place to find parts for your setup. I am addicted to nicotine and will only be so patient when I go looking for parts.
Having said that, it was a pleasant experience. Andy was very helpful and hooked me up with his pleasant demeanor. The prices were a tad high but still in a doable range. The other employees were nice and chatted with me as well. Also, a comfy and welcoming atmosphere (they didn’t even mind that I brought my dog in).
The only cons: prices could be lower, no discounts given for Unilocal check-​in or on Facebook, parking can be a pain. All in all though, two thumbs up on service, equipment and overall good vibes. Thanks Cloud 9!

I have been to this store many times, and they have terrible customer service, unless you are one of their friends. I have literally had them shut the door and turn the open sign off as I was walking up to the door, even though they continued to hang out inside vaping with their friends. Then I had the nerve to complain about it and give them a bad revue on another site, and suddenly (mere hours later) large quantities of pizza that I didn’t order are being delivered to my house… not a coincidence! Where did they get my address? From the rewards card they got me to sign up for, or did they just google it? I feel truly sorry for the people who own this place because they have employees who are #1-​harassing customers #2 engaged in stealing from these pizza delivery companies. If they are willing to be that unethical I wouldn’t trust them with anything.

This place is beyond good. I’ve been coming here for a while and it’s worth it. Staff is incredibe (special shout out to Seth for helping me always and recommending the best vape I’ve had to date) and extremely knowledgeable as they are all vape enthusiasts. don’t go elsewhere. It might be an expensive mistake.

Really good service here. My better half needed a new starter kit so I stopped into another vape shop here in the hood but they were completely out of starter kits and chargers so even if I wanted to spend a lot they wouldn’t have been able to help me.
Anyway I Unilocaled the next closest vape shop with good reviews and cloud 9 popped up. I called in advance and was reassured they had plenty of stock. I’m not super familiar with all of the products so it can be a little daunting and overwhelming. The guys here were very welcoming and happy to take their time to help me and answer all of my questions.
They have a wide variety of products and juice available. Ranging from inexpensive to expensive. Although I would have liked the first place I stopped at to have what I needed I’m glad that I stopped into cloud 9. They were great and I’m sure that I’ll be back in the future.

These guys are legit. I have been here about once a week for the last 4 – 5 months and have only the best to say about them. All of their staff has been extremely sincere and helpful, particularly with the dumb questions I’m sure I asked. Alan is seriously the man, go in and ask for him. Had an issue with my battery, we literally just chopped it up while we waited for it to charge a bit. Solid guy.
Price wise they are pretty on point, but more importantly they are honest. I would recommend cloud 9 to anyone in the area, or anyone looking for a next level vape shop.

After months of trying, Amy (manager) was able to do the impossible: a new Terra MOD button. She was able to get it from her distributer’s own Terra. Works perfect!!! The button is clearly broken in which proves a sexy design.

Seth who helped me out was great, taught me a lot about vaping and was quick to show me new flavors. I like that he recommended the 0mg nicotine first as other stores assume I want more. I bought a vision spinner and charger that I didn’t need because my friend gave me his and they were okay with me returning it a couple of hours later.
My Kanger Protank II-​Mini I got came in a different box than the other Kanger Protank II’s I’ve seen and it didn’t list a manufacturer. Just something odd to note. I might have just gotten an old model.
Other than that, the prices were about average to above average, competitive for brick and mortar shops definitely. Their Cloud-​9 liquid was great and came in small sizes which I appreciated, I got the PWC and Blueberry Pomegranate.

I love this place. Their selection of e-​juice flavors is amazing, and best of all you get to sample as many as you like before purchasing. Each flavor is available in zero, 12, or 24mg of nicotine. The prices are competitive. The staff is friendly. The patrons are friendly as well. It’s a fun, pleasant experience to go in and try all the flavors.
They also have a huge selection of ‘mods’, ‘doo-​dads’ and ‘thingamajigs’ that I had to look away from. I hadn’t realized until my brother (who is really into vaping) took me here how serious of a «hobby» this could become… and I refuse to get sucked in that deeply. But they definitely get points for having all that specialty equipment on hand.
I recommend this place for anyone who enjoys vaping, regardless of your level of enthusiasm for it.

Love this place! We’ve had e-​cigs before, but the batteries weren’t strong enough and the liquids were meh. We heard from friends that this place had good quality batteries and a ton of liquids so checked it out. Bought ours about 2 months ago and just love them! The batteries we got are $ 30 a piece, and the rebuildable tank is $ 9. The little atomizer thread things (might not be what they’re called, not sure) are $ 3 a piece in a 5 pack. So overall, a tiny investment, but not more than you’d spend buying cigarettes.
BFs battery ended up being a dud on the first unit two times in a row (the original and the replacement), but we brought it back after having it under 30 days and they exchanged both times without any problems at all.
Their customer service is great, lots of advice and they let you try as many flavors as you want before you buy one. We’ve tried quite a few and they are all good! WAY better than the ones we’d purchased at other places.

just note they are pretty much always busy (which i think is a good thing, nice to see them helping people quit smoking), and sometimes are out of stock which is understandable.
