The company was founded as its own entity following the success of the stormdrain and sewer maintenance division originated by Roberts Engineering. Business Owner

Wilma Roberts — President

As Corporate President and co-​founder of Downstream Services, Inc. Wilma Roberts is responsible for the development and management of all contracts and subcontractor agreements. Acting as the primary contact for project negotiations, Wilma ensures all contracts are cost-​effective, meet schedule objectives, and project parameters.

Victor Roberts — CEO|Vice President Operations

Victor is responsible for the leadership of Downstream Services, Inc. As co-​founder and CEO of Operations, Victor utilizes his thirty-​four years in construction management and engineering to facilitate the company’s vision and goals. Responsible for equipment procurement, Victor works closely with suppliers and manufacturers to design unique technology to be utilized in sewer condition assessment and pipeline rehabilitation.
