I also have had a bad experience especially now since they close down their office in Escondido I have to go all the way to San Diego if I need to speak face to face with some one. My chapter 7 is paid off now but I don’t know where to go from there and of course no phone call back and when I do call it automatically goes to voicemail. I am very dissatisfied with these people it’s all about taking hard earned money from inocient people who need help. Shame on you

We are using them to file ch 7 bankruptcy and they have been nothing but horrible. They were great at first. But as soon as we payed all our fees they became impossible to get ahold of. Never returned our phone calls. At one point we couldn’t get ahold of them for a week. They were slow to respond back to emails. And every time we turned in paperwork they needed more then originally asked or said they didn’t get what they needed. DO NOT USE THEM!
