A fender bender caused my hood not to open. When it came time to register it I couldn’t get it smogged. I had been to several shops who refused to help me with the latch on my Hood.
Adam fixed it quickly for the price he quoted. He also made additional repairs to ensure my safety at no additional charge.
Great Work & Needs based Service

Very disappointed in their service. We brought our 2015 Toyota Tundra in and was told they can make it like new again was quoted $ 600.00 for one door. Adam said he had the same factory paint color and the paint color didn’t match AT ALL, they left over spray all over the Windows. We were given a time and date of when it would be done and never got a call to let us know that it would not be done by that time, so when we called to inquire Adam was rude and short and said he would call us back and when he called back he said it would not be done until the next day. Then hung up on us. Which gave us no time to make other arrangements for transportation to get to work. An hour later he calls back and said it was ready. For this to be a family owned business that was horrible customer service and would never recommend this place to anyone. This is a true Turko Files situation!!! If I could pick negative stars I would!!!

I went to Ideal Paint & Body today, hoping to get an estimate for minor bumper repair on my Honda Civic. Adam Suitts, who I believe is the business owner, waited on me right away. Adam took a minute to look at my bumper and manipulated the bumper back into place. Granted it didn’t take him long, but it is his years of experience that enabled him to assess the problem and fix it on the spot. I asked him how much I owed him and he didn’t even charge me. He asked me to come back if I needed him in the future and to recommend him to others, which I will definitely do. I think if you are looking for someone who is honest and will charge a fair price, Adam is your guy. I know who I will use him for body repairs from this day forward.
