Tried this place for the first time and it was so delicious! Everyone here was super nice and price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend to everyone.

This place is «A-OK» for taco plate. I had two cabeza tacos with rice and beans. It was just fine. The lady behind the counter was very cheerful. Would go back if in the area.

After seeing the positive reviews, I headed on over to Latino Meat Market for their food, and, I’ve got to say, how disappointed I was. I ordered simple items – one pollo taco, one carne asada taco, and a beef tamale. The plate of tacos came with one to-go sized cup of red salsa and two slices of lemon, and the tamale was given with a cup of sour cream and green salsa. Both tacos were very greasy, however, neither contained much, if any, flavor. The amount of carne asada I received on my taco was also surprisingly quite small, while the amount of chicken on my other taco was drastically more generous. Unfortunately, the chicken tasted more like pork and wasn’t very good(sometimes chicken can taste this way, and I personally dislike it when this happens). I wasn’t expecting the tamale texture to be smooth per se, but it was definitely way too dry. There was no flavor from the masa nor the beef and, again, both parts of the whole – the tamale – were way too dry to the point of being brittle. The only positives I can take away from the food at this market is that their red salsa was thick and had some nice flavor to it, but was very subtle and wasn’t hot at all(my own preference when receiving the option of two salsas is to have at least one with heat, and that didn’t happen here), and their green salsa was tasty and had strong flavor, if not just a tad bit sour. They also add guacamole to the street tacos, which is pretty nice in itself. Overall, though, I won’t be coming back to this market for the food.

Happy to live nearby. Great $ 1 tacos with various meats and plenty of garnishes. Also, the carne Asada from the meat counter is the best you will ever have.

Awesome mex market that offers everything such as a meat department, veggies, fruit, beer, sodas, groceries, and a whole menu of homemade traditional mex plates with refried beans and rice to eat in or to go, and they cater how awesome is that! Delicious come try them out!!!

I love this place and tony is very nice. I love the tacos and eat here all the time my mouth waters thinking about these tacos. I went to a restaurant and ordered carne tacos and they cost me $ 11 dollars. I was so pissed because I knew I can get better tacos here for way less !! The meat is yummy

I have not eaten at the taco shop. I always buy the carne asada and pork taco meat from the butcher in the back for street tacos at home or for camping. The meat is amazing and always fresh. You may have to pick through to get off some of the fat but its worth it.

The tacos at this place are absolutely amazing(and cheap). I haven’t been there for a few years, but I haven’t found better pastor tacos, especially not at that price. Yeah, good chance you need to order in spanish, but really, how hard is it to say«Tres tacos de asada(or carnitas or whatever) por favor»?

This place is great! Tacos for only 99cents and they are SO good! Such a great deal. They serve other types of hot food as well(chile verde, tamales, etc) and it looked good. The rice and beans were also good, tastes authentic. Looking around the store, its your typical mexican market. Bought some mexican candy and some camote. Staff was always friendly and polite and prices were decent.

I used this place to cater a dinner party, and they did a great job. Good food for the money. I would definitely use them again to cater an informal party or for take out.

Small Mexican market that sells the best street tacos for 99cents. Everything else on the menu is delicious homestyle cooking. Reminds me of my grandmas home. Yes the place is a lil small but what they lack in appearance the owner makes up for it in his staff as they are very polite and helpful to everyone who walks in.

I visited this place for the first time over the weekend. I was drawn in by their large«99 cent tacos» sign that was out on the curb. This place is mainly a market but also has a small taqueria on the side when you walk in. I ordered one carnitas taco and one carne asada taco. Both tacos were good, but the carnitas taco was especially juicy. They piled on the cilantro and onions just the way I like it, and the lady even gave us a free side of guacamole! I feel like that never happens. The tacos had a ton of meat in them, probably enough to split up the meat into two tortillas and make two tacos out of one. You definitely get your money’s worth here. There’s a few tables inside where you can eat, but it’s not exactly what you’d call a nice atmosphere. Just a couple of things to keep in mind though: I probably wouldn’t want to visit this place after dark, and you should probably expect to give your order in Spanish when you come in here.
