John Elder is the owner and has a mobile service. He is so reasonable. $ 45 /​hr labor charge. He actually came out to take install a stereo nav unit in our car. I have a 6 changer in my car as well and coincidently the motor has been stuck on and running and won’t spit out any disk. He checked it out for me since he was here doing the other service and told me straight up the problem, and that he didn’t know how to pull my unit out to get to it (because of the way it is mounted) without screwing the whole thing up. What he did say is that he was going to go research and call me if he can do it. Nice honest hard working guy. Who will drive to you. He is out of Escondido and has a text only number of 760.453.4716. It can take a few tries for him to get to you if you live far from Escondido like we do, but once he makes it, he’ll handle the problem or be straight with you if he can’t.
