Specialties

At Sage Hill Acupuncture our mission is to view and treat the body as a whole. We are dedicated to preserving the traditional art of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine while utilizing modern research to enhance the efficacy of treatment. We provide one-on-one care in private treatment rooms and include a thorough intake, which many community-style clinics do not offer. This yields a more thorough diagnosis and faster outcomes. Although Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments can be used to alleviate symptoms, it is our goal to alleviate symptoms as well as the underlying causes of those symptoms. We assess each person on an individual basis and tailor treatment to their specific needs and desired outcomes. We can incorporate multiple healing modalities to promote greater well-being. During your comprehensive treatment plan, you should see an overall improvement in your health while your main complaint improves as well. Our quiet, comfortable private rooms promote a great sense of relaxation. We value your comfort, and ensure a soothing atmosphere is maintained to help the healing begin more quickly. Our healing techniques include: acupuncture, traditional Chinese herbal and nutritional therapy, traditional Thai massage, neuromuscular therapy, electrical stimulation, infrared heat lamp therapy, hot compresses, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, qigong, and topical injury liniments to relieve pain. We are an in-network provider with most insurance companies.
