Purchased a groupon for Sadie. Made the appointment online over a week in advance. Received a call the day before my appointment cancelling as she had another appointment and failed to notice the error. We spoke and moved the appointment to the next week. I just received a text cancelling my appointment AGAIN. Could not comment on services as I will not give business to a merchant who can’t be bothered to keep my appointment. Would not recommend.

Chasity is the bomb. She took my ugliness and transformed me. My sweetie won’t recognize me. That good.

So it’s been a couple years since the purple ombré and a lot of upkeep, but Andee has been there to support and primp my hair the whole time. Love love love my Brazilian blowouts from her. Absolutely the best! Last week I went in for a blowout and to color it back to all dark. Came out sooooooooo good!!! Thank you for all the love you put into my hair Andee!!!

Went to this salon for the first time today. Chastity did a fabulous job! She was able to get my hair back to the EXACT same color it was when I was young. not an easy feat as my strawberry blonde shade is very unusual. The cut was just what I asked for only better! My hair feels soft and bouncy. Thanks Chastity! I feel twenty years younger! The price was fantastic too!

Found this salon from Groupon. Angela did a great job with my cut and style. She was both friendly and knowledgable while still providing helpful tips. The salon was also well kept and clean. I would recommend going back!

I am so beyond thrilled with the service I’ve been getting from Shannon at Muse! I am lightening my hair to a platinum — white and I can’t believe the results! In just a few visits she has totally transformed my hair while keeping it super soft and healthy! No damage, no breakage. So super impressed! I’m so stoked to have found her. Definitely recommend

Found this salon through a Groupon. I had no problems using the voucher for my appointment with Carla W. I am super picky about stylists and have tried MANY salons in San Diego area, only to be disappointed. I was very impressed with the staff here and Carla really did a wonderful job on my cut and color. The entire staff was very friendly and inviting. I will definitely be returning! They are a little hard to find, with only a Muse sign on the door, behind a 7 – 11 but worth it.

Best hair cut I ever got! Chasity is an artist with hair. I have been going to her for several years and she always seems to out do her previous cut. She is just great. She really takes her time to give you a great cut

Best cut & color I’ve had in years! I haven’t had my hair done since I moved to the Escondido area (which has been an embarrassingly long time). The main reasons being pure procrastination of the research of pricing, reading reviews, finding a new salon/​stylist in the area, anxiety of the outcome, etc.
I originally found them on Groupon and got an amazing deal! I appreciate a great deal and it makes convincing my husband a little easier too ;-). When I realized how close they are to where I live I was very intrigued. I am a firm believer in «if it seems too good to be true it probably is», plus it was my first time using Groupon so I didn’t really know what to expect.
I scheduled an appointment with Becca. Come appointment day on my way to the salon (I GPS everything, I’m the worst with directions), I had a hard time finding it, but was very relieved once I went inside. Becca was patient, caring, understanding, helpful, and you can tell she is passionate about what she does! It’s no wonder she did such an incredible job! I will be returning with or without the Groupon (just don’t tell my husband) ;-)

I was hoping the bad reviews about the groupon coupon for this salon was wrong but it seems it wasn’t. I have called to schedule an appt twice and got a voicemail both times and no call back. So I went online to schedule and scheduled an appt just to get a text from the person I scheduled with saying that she can’t do my hair because I have a groupon coupon and I can only schedule with the name on my groupon. Welllll there’s NO name on my groupon. They obviously don’t want to do appts for the groupon coupons so they shouldn’t be even selling them! Hopefully I can get my money back from groupon.

Love Shannon! I’ve been going to her for years and will follow her anywhere. She has a great sense of style and what cut looks good on you. Highly recommend.

Shannon cut and colored my teenage daughter’s hair. She listened to what she wanted and did a perfect job. She was totally in love with the color. Haven’t been able to duplicate it with home color (of course).

Great job priscilla we love our haircuts! If you want great layers and you have a ton of hair she does a wonderful job! Salon is very cute too!

I had a couple of «Brazilian Blowout» treatments done by Andy, and noticed that the frizz came back quickly afterwards. And with my last treatment, the frizz was evident after the first wash. I knew something was wrong, since I’ve had it done many times before at another, more expensive salon, with great results. So, after only 2 weeks, I went and had it redone at yet another salon, and found out that the product Andy used, while it’s made by the «Brazilian Blowout» company, it was not the right product. It was some sort of Keratin (cheaper product) treatment that is practically useless for my frizzy curly hair. I felt cheated. Andy charged me just under $ 100 plus gratuity, while the new salon charged $ 250 (and is well worth it). I will never go back to Envy salon again.

It’s a hidden little treasure in Escondido, right off of the freeway, across from Target, behind the 7 – 11 & Burger Kind, you would never know it’s there but I found it awhile ago through Groupon. It’s smalll and very cute inside.
It was time to get a Brazilian Blow Out since my hair gets kind of crazy with frizziness, my hair is thick, wavy and long & would find myself putting it up in a pony tail until getting a Brazilian Blow at from Andee at Muse, now it’s easy to manage, it always looks nice and smooth, shiny, doesn’t take long to blow dry and if I want to let it dry on its own, I just add a little hair gel and it looks nice. Got another BB today and she was quick, professional and she always makes you feel comfortable. I let her recommend if I needed to get my roots done and was honest in saying it still looked good, another stylist may have thought of their own $$ rather than the customer needs. Be sure to ask for Andee, she is a pro & will take care of you. I love that she follows up with you via text if you want.

The salon is great! No too big and noisy, like some… Shannon is an artist with hair. She is awesome. Cute, spunky, and most importantly a great stylist. I would recommend her to everyone!

If you want your hair taken care of you have to have someone who really listens and does what you ask. It takes a conversation with understanding of what you have in your mind of what you want to look like.
Here’s my story:
1 month ago I went into another salon I have been going to for years. I had a stylist I hadn’t used before. I needed a trim. Did not want my mid back length cut but trimmed and shaped. Showed her pictures of long layered hair styles like Beyonce, Penelope Cruz and Jessica Simpson. She said ok and showed me ½ inch of hair and said that’s all she would take off the back. Then proceeded to cut 4 inches off the sides all the way to the back and left a sharp point in the back of my hair. As she flipped hair up and at angles and snipped and cut with my head down and turned from the mirror I started to feel a little uneasy.
I left with damp hair because of an previous appointment. It wasn’t until I got home and combed my hair out I was horrified at how she had taken my long hair that needed a trim and shape and cut it into a freaking shoulder length blunt cut. Yuck yuck yuck. I hate hair dressers…
So my girlfriend was telling me she was going to get another Brazilian Blowout. Her hair is so smooth and silky feeling. She told me my hair would benefit from one. So I started shopping around… looking for good Unilocal reviews and calling around comparing prices. I avoided the Groupon because of some negative reviews. I went with Jennifer at Envy Salon. They are each independent hairdressers at Envy. Andee, the owner, has assembled a nice group of stylist and has a lovey shop. Clean, pretty and very comfortable. Not to large you get lost but cozy.
So slipping into a really silly girly sulking mood about my hair for almost a month, thinking it will take a year to grow my hair out again I decided to go get a Brazilian Blowout.
Ooohhhh how I love my hair. It took about 2 hours. I have very thick hair. Jen worked quickly with my hair and we chatted about my hair nightmare a month earlier and other fun gossipy things. After she was done she offered to correct and blend my hair. Within a few minutes she had taken an awkward cut and turned it into a lighter feathery silky do. :-)
So Jen is on my calendar to have a trim in 6 months. It will just take time to grow out my locks again. I feel comfortable with Jen who by the way has long beautiful chestnut locks way down her back. So I figure a girl who works so hard on keeping her own hair long and lovely understands the importance of trimming not cutting or hacking when I need a little trim.
Bottom line… I think I’ve finally found my hair goddess.
