WATCH OUT! Our experience with ORG San Diego was a nightmare! The ORG pressboard product was decent, but their Kraftmaid line was a huge disappointment, and working with the president, Shanon Chilson, was impossible. First of all, he had us design our kitchen cabinets with Home Depot so he wouldn’t have to. Then he had the audacity to sneak in a design fee of almost $ 1000. Also, his accounting software definitely confuses the buyer. WATCH OUT FOR YOUR WALLET. The Kraftmaid order was placed late, delaying our project and it arrived incomplete and damaged. When we pointed out some warped shelves we were told by Shanon it was acceptable and «industry standard.» WATCH OUT FOR EXCUSES. After installation, the kitchen cabinets were not level, the drawers didn’t line up, doors were crooked, some handles were missing or not completely installed, a few pull-​out drawers wobbled, and some adjustable shelves were missing their supports and unexpectedly collapsed. WATCH OUT BELOW! The service at ORG SD is so below industry standard, I’ll bet this guy is in court all the time. If you decide to do business with ORG SD … WATCH OUT FOR A NIGHTMARE!!!

We had a great experience with Org and working with Shanon. They helped us draw out our plans for a garage organization system, offered choices of the layout, design and materials. Once drafted, they showed up on the date of the appointment and on time. Everything was correct on what we ordered and measured again and installed professionally. They also cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the finished project and have had no issues with any of the materials since. Polite, courteous and professional from start to finish! I would recommend Org for any of your organization needs!

Org sd uses atrocious accounting software prone to creative accounting errors in favor of org sd of course. I pointed those out to shanon chilson and he refused for obvious reasons to improve his accounting software. It’s a profit center no doubt. If u still choose to use them be prepared for multiple errors between your designer and the craftsman that will delay your project. The work is average and certainly not befitting the prices he charges. Your better off finding a independent carpenter and having it done better with less hassle and mistakes and of course cheaper. I would never use them again. There are other companies offering much better service and workmanship go elsewhere if you can. To summarize the disappointing interaction with Org SD they pulled the usual designer disappearing act who vanished and left for another company that actually operates properly. The way it is supposed to work is your designer stays with you the whole time making sure the product is as you wanted. The scheduling was fuzzy always missing deadlines and therefore the project took much longer than it should. Not to mention the errors along the way. There was not one day that i got the proverbial” we have a problem”. No you have a problem Shanon. For the money your much better off going elsewhere. I would seek out referrals for a craftsman working on their own and go that route. Less overhead expenses and less mistakes and more personable service. I suspect Org Sd will be out of business in short order and Shanon in the unemployment line where he belongs. please refer to the other Unilocaler Newton C who also had a bad experience with ORG SD.
