The past two years we did not comply right away with the letter from our water district giving us 30 days to have our backflow tested, it got to the point we were getting threatened to get our water shut off– stupid on our part for not just taking care of it. However both times I called Palomar Backflow and they sent someone out that day did the tests and took care of the communication with the water district to let them know it was taken care of. Needless to say we got the letter again today, I called this morning — They will be here this afternoon. Best customer service, great employees.

Called Palomar Backflow to perform the water district mandated test for our backflow assembly on our commercial building. Our business had called on Palomar(Jeff/owner) previously to fix a leaking backflow assy issue at that time… they did a quick fix/adjustment — and didn’t even charge us for their call due to a minor fix. So, when we had to have this test performed, we called them back out to take care of it. In summary, their customer service was top-notch, very knowledgeable and they fixed and took care of our repair and testing issues at a reasonable cost. Felt it was only right to put 5 stars on this review. As a business owner, we’re always looking for honest people who perform good work.

I had an appointment with Palomar Backflow for 2pm today. They showed up at 3:20 pm. They didn’t call to say they were going to be late(they did this last year to us as well). When I told him he was late he said, «Yeah, we’ve been running late all day». I told him that I will let him test my house for $ 15.00 and not $ 30.00 since he was late. He said, «No, I can test other people instead». I shut the door and didn’t want his business as well. I guess if you go cheap you get what you pay for… what a piece of crap his company is, offering piss poor customer service.
