Been getting my mail here for a year and a half. John is always friendly and professional. I really like how I get a text and email if I have a package. Hardly ever a wait. Recently on vacation and needed important mail out of my box and John was kind of enough to ship all my mail to me. That really is above and beyond.

Every time I come in here which is several times a week I am greeted with a smile and hello from the staff and owner Jon. They answer my silly questions and get my stuff shipped with ease. Thank you guys! They even sell a bunch of cool gift stuff if you’re in a pinch!

I went here to get my passport photo taken! I was helped by John. He was very nice and very patient with making sure I got the right photo that I wanted. Passport photos here are less expensive than they are at CVS and the picture quality is much better. I got two copies of my passport photo for $ 9.99 whereas at CVS it was $ 12.95. They had a steady flow of traffic while I was there but everyone was in and out very quickly.

Wow! I have an amazing experience every single time I come in here. I need to start checking in! Every single clerk has outstanding customer service. They will always find a way to make your shipment less expensive. They also have a plethora of incentives/​discounts. And last, but not least, the perks you get for renting one of their boxes… Just WOW! I’m here at least once a week. Great service, prices, and perks. Keep up the amazing job guys!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! The friendly smiles and outstanding customer service makes the process of mailing weekly packages to my husband in Afghanistan so much easier!
John really helps cater to my schedule by providing very timely service, especially when I enter the store with 4 priority mail packages!
If you need a quick notary, this is the place to go! I will continue to be a regular at the Postal Annex and I highly recommend it for all your shipping/​copies/​faxes/​notary services.

Came in here during lunch to get some passport photos. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a staff member who quickly set up the camera and took my picture. While I was paying for the photos and mailing something, another staff member came out and presented me with already cut photos. I was impressed by the efficiency and how fast they were ready. I normally go to Costco for my passport photo needs but this was much faster and only about $ 1 or $ 2 more expensive than Costco.

I have shipped parcels ranging in various weights and sizes via USPS and UPS as well as sending letters via regular mail. I have not had a problem with any of their services as of yet. Staff is friendly and professional.

I mailed my baby shower invitations here and was very surprised to hear from multiple family members that their invitation never arrived. Im 100% positive i addressed these envelopes correctly, stamped every one, etc… When you leave something with a postal annex employee– it would be nice if it actually made it into a mailbox and to it’s destination. Maybe they could be a little more organized.
