Sergio is always great! My last experience at this location was with Susana and she was absolutely awesome, she was so patience, great to talk to, really personable, honest, friendly just overall great customer service from her. She made sure I really liked the shoe before buying them, because she is a shoe junkie like myself. Another thing I liked was when I was buying the shoes from Sergio I noticed she clocked out, This is great because it means she spent time that she was either supposed to be off or at lunch helping me and I felt no rush or pressure to make a decision. Susana is also very gorgeous which is also pretty cool.

When I first walked in, I’ll admit I was a bit overwhelmed by how many shoes are on their shelves. But an employee approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. I didn’t end up buying anything, but I will definitely return!

The two guys that helped me here were awesome. I had been looking for new balance all day and couldn’t find them anywhere. When I walked it, the first guy was great and helped me right away. He offered suggestions and even offered information on a new balance store somewhere else. They were quick and easy to work with and I ended up walking away with a new pair of shoes!

Decent selection of shoes but where is the customer service? I stood around with a shoe in my hand and no one came to assist me. There were 3 employees behind the register and not one of them made an effort to make a sale.
I decided to shop for new shoes online for the same amount of customer service.

The place is very professional. As i walk I. everyone greater me. The sales team look like the actually love to work their. As I looked around Sergio a sales rep. helps fit me with the correct size and advises me with the stlye that I am looking for. I really like their choice in style of shoes they sell. I will be back more for the type of customer sevice the give.
