Sky’s Property Inspection

Skys, Greg and Zach have done hundreds of inspections for our company in the past 15 – 20 years. They have been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and personable throughout these years. They are willing to go out of their way to help and assist in any way possible. I highly recommend them!

We used Skys for two inspections of downtown condos in San Diego. Not only were Greg and Zach extremely thorough, professional, and careful, but they even made a couple of very minor repairs along the way. Additionally, they were quite friendly and explained everything along the way, answering any questions we had. We received a full color report at the end of each inspection, which were also e-​mailed to us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Sky’s did an inspection for a small condo I am purchasing. I appreciated that they had a sample report on their website that I could look at. I knew it would be clear and easy to understand. I got the report promptly the same day as the inspection. The report was clear and thorough as I expected, and it included pictures of any problem areas they found. I would definitely recommend Sky’s to someone in the future, especially to anyone who is knew to home inspection services and would appreciate their clear report format.

As a first time home buyer I was quite nervous about the whole inspection process. Sky’s website is very informative and really lets you know what to expect and what you need to have done. We had Skys and Greg both come to the property in Poway. They worked very quickly and prepared an excellent report right on the spot complete with pictures. They also took me around the house and pointed out everything in the house that needed attention. One of the best things about them was when I was told that there was no need for the in-​depth additional mold test in the house because the house did not merit it. They are not a company out to take your money for no reason. They are great at what they do and I would highly recommend them. Military discount is a major plus!
