Something must be going on in this shop, surely this isn’t normal.
We’ve done a lot of remodels, and this slab yard was the grossest we’ve seen. Made an appointment, nobody was there to show us slabs so we had to wait for someone to show up. But slab was nice, we bought several.
One of the slabs they sent was not one we ordered, and turned out to be a different thickness. They were fabricated, and it totally screwed up our installation! If we picked slabs out, why did they send us one we didn’t pick?
Tim, the owner and only phone number, will rarely answer and doesn’t call back if you leave a message.
Terrible customer service.

We are still waiting for our countertop installation. We paid $ 2K for the slab 2 weeks ago. The installer was suppose to show up the following week Tue/​Wed or Thur. When he did not arrive or contact us, we called the company. The contractor finally said he would be at our house Saturday morning. We rearranged our day and are still waiting at 2pm. We spoke with two of the company representatives today, neither of which followed up to let us know what to expect. We have invested a great deal of time driving out to the site to pick the slab, then match the template. We want our countertops, not a refund!
I hope that I will be ablate update the review with a higher rating in the near future.
