This is probably one of the worst services I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. It was around 9pm that I went in and there was only one guy working there at the time and only one customer ahead of me and another one behind. Yet he takes his sweet time making the other customer’s drink while I have been waiting for quite a while(more than 10 minutes). I was just trying to buy the blended coffee bags that they had there and told him that its just a quick transaction. The worker then gives back a snarky reply saying that he has to help the other customer; however, he decided to take even longer and makes iced water for someone who was waiting behind me. Not only did he try to extend his time making the other customers drink, but he also decides to talk about me in front of my face, rolling his eyes and such. I got angry and left and while I was leaving he tries to provoke me by sarcastically yelling at me to have a good night. Yeah thanks to you I ended the night badly and will never come back to this Starbucks again. It’s a shame that they decided to hire such a rude and disrespectful employee. You bet I will never be returning to this place again.

just got checked out from this Starbucks for a one item target purchase after a very friendly employee sent me over. the guy working scoffed handed me my receipt and turned away. no thank you no have a nice day no would u like a bag just annoyance that he was asked to do his job. as I was exiting the target employee was again super friendly. I suggest they train the employees at Starbucks as it is representative of their store and service. thank goodness for elixir I would NEVER return to this Starbucks for coffee.

This place always runs out of the new drinks. A few months ago, I wanted the new Teavana peach green tea, but they ran out. And recently I wanted to try the egg nog latte, but they ran out. Better luck going to the Starbucks in the mall to get the newer drinks.

This starbucks isn’t anything special. Most of the barristas are nice enough. Haven’t ever really had a horrible experience here. Although, I am quite annoyed by the fact that 9 times out of 10, when I order a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino with no whip, they automatically forget to put the cookie crumble on top. Come on guys, I’m paying exorbitant amounts of money for the cookie crumble, please remember to put it on top of my friggin frappuccino! That’s all.

This Starbucks is located inside of Target on the first floor. The location is great and very convenient if you are craving some coffee. It’s right by the check out area on the first floor so you can stop by on the way out or right when you get in. I tried the mocha cookie crumble frap for the first time. I wanted to try something different. My first impression of it was that it was like chocolate on chocolate on chocolate. It had chocolate whip cream with chocolate chunks in it and maybe chocolate syrup. At first, I thought the chocolate would be too much, but to my surprise, it was really good and tasted delicious! There were bits of chocolate chunks in every sip. I definitely would order this again the next time I’m at Starbucks and craving my chocolate fix.

This location is in a great spot being it’s right off the interstate and has a clover machine, yip pee! Heather was awesome, I told her I wanted a coffee over the clover(ask me for details or go to for details, if you don’t know what this means) and she did something I usually don’t find with Starbucks employees. She gave me a choice of all the different available brews; I tried a new coffee blend that was not listed and it was super amazing. Great job Heather, I truly felt like a valued client! I stop there typically on my way to Tecumula because it’s half-way, so I’ll be back!

Perfectly normal Starbucks experience. Got my order right the first time and was exactly what I expected.
