So this a first. After all these years of the coffee business, this is the first one I have ever seen closed for renovations! I had to settle for less! So for that you get a measly 1 star. It would have been a half, if Unilocal would allow

Zero stars. This is the closest Starbucks to where I live, and I rather drive 15 minutes to get better service. They are the slowest Starbucks k have ever been to and everyone is super rude. And they run out of stuff all the time, it’s Starbucks, you should always have everything stocked up. They need new management and new employees.

The parking lot is a nightmare. This location is very busy so you will be sitting in the drive thru for quite some time. Even when the line is short it still seems to take abnormally long to get to the window. The good part is, the employees are pretty friendly and they always make my drink correctly, which is the most important thing! 4 stars for the customer service and yummy beverages.

No wonder this location is so badly rated. I love Starbucks but whoever is training here is well never mind no one is training the staff obviously. I stood in like for over 7 minutes which doesn’t sound like a lot but when there’s only three people in line I being the third and about 6+ employees I expect for someone to at least say hi or more importantly ask if they can get a drink started. I get if the lady in the front is taking her sweet time but there’s no need to ignore the two other people in line. There’s more than one computer so I know you can 1. Ring us up on another computer or 2. At least get a drink started. I worked at Starbucks before so I know that every employee can either work a register or make a drink. There’s no reason I or the gentlemen in front of me should have waited even over 2 minutes without getting a welcoming or an apology for the wait or a drink started. Maybe my old store had better training on customer service but it’s common sense stuff. I walked in with the hopes of getting two shots of espresso con panna the easiest drink you can get and left with nothing. Get it together store. At least acknowledge a customer in line.

I guess this review is on the Starbucks alone. If it was based on location and parking and how much of a pain it is to get In and out of the parking lot it self, it wouldn’t be 5 stars. I’ve never had bad service here and the people are always friendly. I enjoy going to this location because of the drive through option it has!

This is where El Jefe picks up his latte before picking up day laborers across the street. I don’t have an issue with the long drive-thru line here because nobody wants to park in the lot or go inside for safety reasons. The line isn’t as bad as the Miramar Starbucks drive thru that’s for sure. Service lacks here and don’t expect a «thank you» after you place your order either. That’s all minor though because Starbucks is the only coffee shop that’s open on Sunday in Escondido(who knew that Escondido was the Utah of North County). — The only«thank you» you’ll get here is on the posted sign as you leave the parking lot.

WORSTSTARBUCKSEVER!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. First, terrible location! The drive thru-line blocks parked cars. I was stuck. Second, they have the worst customer service. The girl who was taking orders seemed to be new. She kept asking another staff if she was putting in the orders right and messed up a lot. Not a big deal, but with the long line of people waiting, it wasn’t a good idea to put on her on the register or at least open another register, but nope! It was also annoying how the staff were laughing and gossiping in front of customers. So unprofessional! O_o. When it was my turn to order, the girl didn’t even apologized for the super long wait. She didn’t say anything at all. She just looked at me, so I looked at her back until she said something. STAYAWAY!!!

By far the worse location I have ever visited. Slowest drive thru service imaginable. They had a sign up that they were cash only. Hmm odd I drive up and ask and they say oh were taking anything now. Well… imagine the amount of business they are losing for lazily leaving the signs up. It took 4 minutes for anyone to respond ans ask for my order then another 10 behind 2 cars ahead of me. This location is terrible

I hate the location, once you park, it’s super hard to get out. My order has been messed up on twice, but the staff are super friendly!

This Starbucks is located on a corner of a busy intersection. Their staff are very friendly and work quickly. The only issue I have with this location is there are never any parking spots and parking is limited. There also tends to be a lot of homeless hanging around asking for change. Could be due to the location right off the freeway or having a Motel 6 right across the street. Regardless, service is always prompt and the drinks never disappoint. Just wish it were more accessible. Convenience is key. As this spot isn’t easy to get in and out of, I choose to visit the other location off of Citricado Parkway.

Came in at 8pm, only one in line. The guy making drinks made eye contact with me twice, yet didn’t say anything. Waited another 5 minutes without even a greeting before asking if they were closed. Then they wanna say«No sorry be right with you.» I could understand if they were busy and didn’t have 6 employees walking around popping gum with their thumbs up their asses, but it was literally almost empty besides a couple tables already done with their orders. Guess I should have just gone through the drive thru. The general manager, Nathan, didn’t see anything wrong with any of this. Asked if I had a problem when asking for his name after he finally came over and took my order, with an attitude. If I have to tell you what was wrong with this picture, I might as well go to corporate. Ridiculous.

1) Was mocked when I arrived at the window. 2) starting speaking Spanish to me even though I clearly don’t speak Spanish, then turns around and laughs to her co workers. 3) Found a nice black hair in the lid of my drink. Went into to get it exchanged and all they said was«whoops» Whoops you guys suck. They don’t even deserve one star.

I will NEVEREVER give this location my business. I am also going to let as many people know about the service I received here to make sure they don’t go here either!!! So…I placed a $ 25 order on my Starbucks app. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes, which was good because I live 15 min away from the place. I pulled up at 10:02 and the Manager, Dawn Gilmore was letting one of the people in the establishment out the door… she told us. «sorry we are closed now» and we told her we are just picking up and order we placed on the app. She then told us they threw it out cause she thought we weren’t coming. First of all it’s a $ 25 order. why wouldn’t we come. So I asked if they could remake it and she said«no», meanwhile the employees are all making themselves drinks. So I asked about my refund and she said no again and that I can give corporate a call. UM.UNACCEPTABLE!!! She then shut the door on me. I knocked and all the employees ignored me as they continued to make their own drinks, in which I took pics of as well. Finally, the manager, again, yells from inside that she can’t open the door… I told her I don’t care about the door, I wanted her Managers name, and her name and the number. The RUDE lady’s name there is Dawn Gilmore and the Manager there is Deanna Lopez!!! All I want my $ 25 back!!! Corporate will get a call!!!

My server was awesome and so sweet! I was unsure of what to order since my favorite drinks are now discontinued until next summer. She made a great suggestion and now I have a new favorite drink, Sparkling Passion Pineapple

The worst parking lot/drive thru ever constructed. The drive thru is right next to where cars park and it’s barely enough room for a one way street. God help you if you accidentally pull into this lot. Drive thru is slow. If you’re at the end of the line expect to wait like 10 – 15 minutes to order.

Your average, run-of-the-mill Starbucks, except that the drive-thru had a screen where you could see the person taking your order, which was cool! I am not a big coffee person, but my boyfriend is so we had to stop while on vacation. The cinnamon dulce latte is yummy!

Starbucks quality is there, definitely! But the parking lot is terrible. There is a hook shaped side walk that many people ram right into because it’s so long. The drive– thru is terrible, terrible, terrible. If you’re looking for coffee on the go then you won’t go anywhere here. The drive thru is a mess. Long lines, long wait and the parking lot makes it no better. Staff has been rude a few times but most of the time they are nice. Inside needs better furniture but they have nice drive thru menus. GREATLOCATION!

I have been coming to this Starbucks since it was brand new and shiny and clean … Now it is not so we just use the drive thru A LOT and to my sadness and disbelieve the customer service has been falling apart in chunks … Today was the tip of the iceberg I was done with there rudeness and had to say something after her rolling her eyes at us and and making faces whispering underneath her breath throwing stuff. Not cool! I have always been polite I have been always been respectful and I always leave a good tip. I don’t need this crap

This Starbucks has a drive thru! …and thats why we went there. On our way through the area I was searching for caffeine in a hurry(we were going to be late but I had one of those haven’t had coffee yet and it’s 11AM headaches) so we jumped into the line hoping it would move smoothly. Not so much. Like most Cali drive thru coffee places it’s really slow. They’re so few and far between the convenience makes up for the wait usually(especially if its raining) but in general, next time I’ll hop out and run in instead.
