This store has a pretty wide selection however it is a bit on the pricy side depending on what you’re looking for. A lot of the brands they carry are carried elsewhere for a better price. The staff is always friendly, I receive a greeting everytime I shop there and am asked if I need any assistance.

I have been coming to the mail for over 25 years and always swing by Sun Diego To purchase and check out what’s new. This time I brought my wife and when she had a question about a pre-made skate board the employee replied with a bad attitude and was really rude to her, I gave him a stare and we left the store. I will not be going back anytime soon. Employee training on how to treat and act with customers is a must here

This place is absolutely terrible. I walked into the store and was not greeted or offered help once while I was inside. Why was I not greeted? Because all the employees on duty were in their little circle in the back talking to each other. On top of that, the clothes they carry were beyond disappointing in terms of options. I work in retail, I know what im talking about when it comes to customer service and if I were to ever give a demonstration of what NOT to do in retail, I would use this store as a prime example. Terrible customer service, terrible product.

Aside from their huge selection of clothes, their customer service lacks even more. I’ve been in there a few times in the past month and one thing I dislike is not being greeted and tend to hear a conversation between coworkers about their personal issues. With tons of workers there and nobody bothered to assist me, was a reason why i walked out. To me, customer service determines wether or not I would purchase something in the store.

Employees are always ready to help, and great at style pairing. They made my Christmas shopping super easy, and I will definetly return there. Even with only a few people in line, they called extra help to the cashier so no one had to wait, and gave me money back for an item that i was exchanging that went on sale!

I walked through this place… I mean the whole store… picked up skateboards and shirts… Not ONE employee greated me or said hi. The store was empty except for me and my 10 year old(also ignored). It wasnt due to lack of workers… in fact, the three at the register discussing their night before were there. Sounded like they had a great night… too bad they couldnt maybe ditch the stories from the night before and maybe focus on customer service. I was prepared to buy. Not that day as they werent prepared to sell…

Sun Diego is where you go for all your spy, vonzipper, billabong, obey, rvca, volcom, ambition, circa, lakai, emerica, element, jedediah, ezekiel, o’neill and electric needs. They also carry old school Nikes, Toms, reef, rainbow, vans shoes. I have been coming here for years to the North County Fair mall after they closed the Sun Diego in Temecula. The staff is super knowledgable! They put skate boards together for you with whatever decks, wheels, grips and trucks you pick out! They have every skate brand you can imagine– even the boards themselves: sector 9, enjoi, spitfire, zero, slave, etc They are on the first floor next to Gap Kids. This is one of my fav Sun Diego location because it is so big and they also have lots on sale. Its worth the mini trip– but there are locations all over SD county

This place is ALRIGHT. Nothing great. Out of the numerous times I’ve been there, I was greeted only once. I’d walk in to check out some shirts, and they guy folding shirts looks at me and doesn’t even greet me or anything, he just minds his own business and does his job.

Large store, large selection… I come here for all my clothing needs. Large selection of surf /skate shoes, tees, sweaters, hoodies, watches, sunglasses, jeans, shorts, button-downs, polos, skateboards, socks, belts, you name it! Most employees are on the younger side, so they make you feel welcome, and at home. Here’s a secret i’ve known for awhile — bring your student ID card and get 10% off all clothes. Also ask for your FREE monster energy drink after any purchase.
