History

Established in 1985.

First licensed in Chicago, Francis Sabato & Associates relocated to Southern California in 1991. Since, we have been providing electrical services to homeowners and businesses for over 25 years. We pride ourselves in delivering quality service and because of this, have the most satisfied customers. With our extensive knowledge and expertise along with the growing need for alternative energy sources, we provide quality solar installation with the most efficient system design; serving residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Within the last decade SunWave Solar has become a subdivision of Francis Sabato & Associates Electrical Contractors.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

After practicing law in Illinois for 8 years, Francis chose to follow his passion and founded Francis Sabato & Associates, Electrical Contractors in 1986. In 1991, he relocated the business to San Diego County and along with his strong business acumen and desire to offer quality service, he built a large business off of referrals alone. In 2000, his son Morgan Sabato joined the business and shortly thereafter they transitioned from solely electrical contracting to solar installation as well. Francis currently resides in San Diego County with his wife Melinda, which together they are also co-​owners of the The Den, a boutique in Encinitas, CA.

Morgan Sabato, having grown up around and in the construction and electrical industry, he decided to join the family business in 2000. His work ethic and innate talent in this area has contributed to his expertise and the growth of the company. He currently resides in North County San Diego with his wife Samantha and their two dogs.
