I decided to stop by this Golf Mart as I’ve never been to this location and have too much free time on paternity leave. Having just had our first baby, golfing on a budget is an understatment. I was looking for some new shafts for my Titleist irons that no one seemed to have, and had the pleasure of having Craig the asst manager help me out. Not only did he get me the shafts I needed a day before I expected, he took care of the labor cost, installed them same day and even walked them out to the car for me as I was carrying my little one. Thank You Craig, you definitely have two new customers for life!

Been in this store numerous times and I am always greeted with friendly faces and smiles. Great selection and service is standard at the golf mart. My go to shop for anything golf. Keep up the good work golf mart.

Hubby and son hopped in on this beautiful first day of Spring. Hubby is looking to upgrade his golf clubs. We love to shop local. It is very difficult to do when the employees will not even take the time to greet a customer. Apparently socializing amongst themselves is FAR more important then helping customers. After a few minutes of being completely ignored, hubby left. I guess we will have to do business elsewhere.

Mark was a great person to work with on fitting clubs. Very knowledgeable and patient with fitting and teaching how to test shaft type, club angle and length.

The worst golf store in San Diego. They hire people that have no idea about the industry side of golf. The clubs are over priced and are trying to beat you for every penny. Went in to buy clubs($ 1200) and they wanted to charge me $ 120 to put on grips because I have large hands. Called the store looking for a specific shoe, told yes we have them. Go to the store to pick them up only to be told we don’t carry those!!! Free advice go to Golf Galaxy. Sold me the clubs without charging for new grips and had the shoes.

I regularly come in to get golf supplies here. It’s a great store, friendly and helpful staff. They’re always up on the next thing coming from the major manufacturers and can really help narrow down the numerous options available in the store.

I went in to this store as a new golfer(3 months). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They didn’t care if you were there to purchase the newest lost expensive clubs or the beginner set. They put me on the golf simulator and had me test the clubs I was interested in and they make you feel like you’re a pro getting fitted for you’re tour clubs. I would absolutely come here again and purchase all golf items in the future.

Horrible service. There were 3 sales people in there and not one asked if I needed help. The man behind the counter couldn’t move to help, just pointed to where things were in the store. Go to Dicks Sporting Goods. Much more helpful!

Went in a couple days ago with my husband to find him a driver and a putter. Walked in there were 3 gentlemen working, but not one greeted us but we still wanted to look around. My husband found a few good clubs he was interested in buying but there was no one around to help. I get it we are both young in our 20s we may not look like we have money to spend but my husband was going to buy some pretty pricey clubs. When we finally hunted someone down after being there for over an hour with literally not one interaction with a sales person the gentlemen who answered the question was in a hurry to leave us and we felt rushed so we left and took our business else where. Customer service is everything to us and just because we are young doesn’t mean we aren’t serious buyers.

This is the only Golf store in San Diego I shop at. The staff is genuinely interested in helping. My wife bought clubs there last month and they took all the time she needed to pick slightly used clubs(they have a 90 day return policy so you can buy someone elses ‘returned’ clubs at great prices). I shopped there yesterday and they matched the prices of another local store. You just can’t go wrong shopping here.

This was my 2nd time making a purchase from this store. I normally go to the larger Roger Dunn in OC but have now been converted to this location as the service is 10x better here. Smaller store but awesome. I traded in an older 909D driver for a new 910D2. Based on the questions asked by Joe H. working the tech counter, he put on a new DriTac grip, adjusted the new driver for me and BOOM! My drives are straight and my boss now thinks I play golf way too much since I drive so much better… Thanks Joe! I may need a job one day… Solid customer service. I will always shop here driving from Murrieta.

This Golf Mart is awesome! My husband and I have been looking for a while for new irons for me and the service here was the BEST!!! The first time we walked in Sean was extremely helpful. He took as much time as we needed and let me take a club out that day to play with because we were on our way to a T-time. The other staff seem just as friendly. We didn’t buy irons that day but shopped around a bit more and ended up coming back because they offered us the best deal for our money and the best service!

I have bought a few used clubs here before, they have a great return policy and staff is friendly. Today I brought in my pitching wedge that had a loose head, the awesome repairman(cant think of his name, but bald guy that sounds like hes from Boston) did it for an extremely reasonable price. He sealed the deal that I will never go anywhere else for golf clubs, balls, service or equipment.
