Tri-​City Carpet is actively involved in the Valley Center, Escondido and Vista communities. We conduct a blood drive every year were we are able to help out families in need, in addition, we will be partnering up with our local humane society this year to do an adoption event for all of our furry friends. Furthermore, we participate and donate to many community events, such as golf tournaments, youth sporting teams and local school fundraisers. Tri-​City Carpet strives to help out our community in every way we can.

Went to Tri-​City Carpet a couple days ago, to look at vinyl samples for a kitchen project. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable — she even explained why I should not use vinyl we had stored in a roll for a long time (would be difficult to get it to lay flat). Did not purchase product yet, but recommend Jennifer’s expertise when you’re looking for new flooring.

I contacted Jennifer to chat about nice, inexpensive options I had to stage a home for sale. She offered to come out to Solana Beach the next day with something that sounded perfect, and it was! She set aside what I needed until I could make the final decision, then got it installed in no time. She and Lauren were great to deal with over the phone, and the installers were fast and efficient. It’s always nice to find a small, local dealer who can perform. Would definitely recommend them.

From working with Kim initially to installer Todd, the entire process was professional and painless. Terrific customer service all around. The hardest part was making up our minds on the carpet we wanted. Once decided, we were able to purchase a better quality carpet at 25% savings off a quote given by a «name» competitor.

Called and spoke to Gary this morning based on (2) friends having good experiences with Tri City Carpet. Gary was extremely friendly and helpful. Made an appointment for this Friday to come take measurements of the house. I will report back once he has come out and when we install. Hopefully their prices are as good as their customer service.

Tri-​City Carpet came yesterday to put in beautiful well-​priced carpet into our home. THey arrived on time, worked all day with out a break and the job was perfect. They swept up after themselves and left our home in perfect condition.
We are so please with the entire process that we want to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good selection of carpets at a reasonable price. Job well done!

I suggest staying away. Unfriendly and unprofessional. I simply wanted to take time to review several different carpeting options and ask a few questions. Rather I felt like I was bombarded by a rude sales person trying to talk me into options that did not work and really did not care about answering my questions.

A contractor recommend Tri-​City carpet to us. He said avoid Home Depot because they over measure carpet to make up for their low prices.
Escondido Tri-​City is located in a quirky location. On one side, the city dump. On the other, Sprinter tracks. Hopefully this means lower prices right?
When you walk into the showroom you’ll notice that it actually has a nice selection of carpet. A back room contains Wood/​laminent /​some tile /​more carpet, and reminent.
We found the carpet that we were looking for and booked a measurement. The good news about Tri-​City is that the measurement is FREE. Home Depot charges $ 50 to come out and measure, and Coles $ 90 to measure.
As for the installation the installer said that the measurement was wrong. «not enough carpet». Obviously this put us in panic mode. We made a call to the company and they figured out that there would be «just enough» and told to Installer to move forward. He did, and we did have «just enough», not a Sq yard to spare.
