If want that security knowing that your things won’t be stolen this is the place to go too. Very fair prices and will work with on prices if late. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Price is reasonable and my stuff is secure. But the main reason I love this specific company is they are a true family oriented business who actually cares about their customers and best of all works with them. I highly recommend this place if ever you need a safe place for your stuff.

Head and shoulders above any other storage facility I’ve seen around Escondido. «Secure» doesn’t begin to describe. I joke that you could store the Mona Lisa here, and maybe it’s not entirely untrue, as the Louvre didn’t do a very good job, did they? After hours, it’s security codes, codes, codes to get to your room, one less code if you’re on the ground floor. The place is tighter than the Proverbial drum.
Mary and Naomi are super attentive to customer needs; always plenty of carts to move your stuff in/​out. Three-​story facility, with large freight elevator to accommodate your needs. And Mary keeps a cooler in front of the office as you walk in, always full of ice-​cold bottled water. And personally, I enjoy the «Nawlins» theme throughout the place.
Though facility is not climate-​controlled, it stays nice and comfortable at all times, even in the middle of Summer. If this were Texas, that wouldn’t be possible, but it’s NOT Texas; it’s nice and mild San Diego County! If ya wanna pay a higher rate just for air conditioning that might never actually be necessary, hey, knock yourself out; I’ll stick with this place.
Be forewarned: Valley Rose is NOT a 24-​hour facility. Access to the facility ends at 8:00, including the elevator not working past that time (there’s a sign in the elevator, so you have been warned. I don’t know what happens if you happen to be late getting back down to the ground. I really don’t wanna find out.
So far, this hasn’t been a problem for me personally, but as a musician, I can imagine a band after a normal 2:00 gig ending time, not being able to maybe store their P.A. until the next day. Since I have had friends who’ve had an entire trailer of gear stolen, this might be a consideration for anyone needing late-​night access.
But that’s about the only thing I can say that would be of a negative nature. In all other respects, I think Valley Rose Storage is the best facility of its kind in this area.

I have been renting a storage unit here for over two years and it doesn’t get better than this! The facility is secure, always clean and in excellent shape. There are carts and dollies for you to use and the staff is always helpful and cheerful. Everything is indoors and the rates are reasonable. I love coming here!

I have used Vally Rose Self Storage both for personal use and for my office for years. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. The staff is friendly, attentive and go above and beyond to keep their customers happy. The building is climate controlled and spotless, I’ve had no dust in my unit unlike with previous storage facilities. I recommend them highly.

I found Valley Rose Self Storage after doing my research. I basically wanted great storage at a reasonable price. The other place in Escondido I was looking at required insurance on day 1 of signing the contract; which meant I had to purchase their insurance and later get with my insurance company; they would not even rent a unit to me without this. So, I go to Valley Rose, and the insurance is optional. The storage unit prices were comparable, but the units at Valley Rose are cooler (since mine is inside with MUCH higher ceilings). The staff is genuinely nice, helpful and very service-​oriented. They actually walked me to the units to make sure I was happy with it. I was determined to get a floor 1 unit, but after seeing the very large elevator just inside the front door, I chose a less expensive second floor unit. Also very clean.
I always feel comfortable making a storage unit run; great hours, too.

The staff is friendly and professional. It is also one of the cleanest storage facilities I have ever seen. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone and everyone.

I looked for a secure, temperature-​controlled, clean storage facility for my mom’s antiques. This is the place. The office staff is friendly and helpful and my mom’s things are being kept in perfect condition. I really appreciate this place, and the senior/​military discount they offer.

We have been at Valley Rose Storage now going on a year. They are the nicest people especially for last minute when i was getting deployed to Afghanistan they helped us out gave us a great rate. The level of security in this place is top of the line there is no way somebody could break into your unit without them knowing. They keep the grounds very well kept up. They are by far the most reasonable rate in town and i wouldn’t trust anybody else with my personal belongings.

Excellent self storage. Everything you need. Very clean and safe. Very friendly and helpful staffs. Even it is not right off the highway but not too far. Storage in good location and easy excess, 18 wheelers truck can drive into the driveway, has elevator to all the floors, elevator is big. They also provide moving equipment like platform carts, dollies and such. I have been with them for a year, only experience good things. We got a very good deal on price, when I was checking it was cheaper than other by $ 50 a month. Thanks for a great service.
