I stumble upon this place while walking around. Typical take out Chinese restaurant. I ordered beef with mushrooms and bamboo, which I never have before. Before I confirmed my order, the cook told the cashier they were out of the ‘black mushrooms’ and if ‘fresh regular mushrooms’ ok. I was taken back by this because the cook could easily used whatever mushroom he wished, I honestly wouldn’t have known the difference. But I appreciate their honestly.
They were pretty busy so I had to wait for a bit. Food came out and smelled wonderful. I took a bite and it was delightful. Most Chinese restaurants tend to be in the salty side but this was perfect for my taste buds. The mushrooms was yummy, some of the bamboo were tough but I just threw that out. Beef was awesome.
I will definitely be back to try a different dish!

Their shrimp egg foo young is awesome!!! They never disappoint. Tonight, we ordered that, General Tso’s chicken and egg drop soup. Delish!
