PHL Ground Transportation Services

Months of emails with Walter in preparations for my sons wedding started out very well with being impressed of his quick responses and caring words to assure me all will be handled. Well… day of the wedding was very disappointing. Regardless of the unforseen accident which of course is not Walters/​PHL Transports fault… but not to deliver the vehicles we discussed in length of what was needed. Instead smaller vans were supplied which meant back & forth to hotel & venue. Due to this… guests missed the ceremony then to add insult to injury… same problem for returning guests from venue to hotel. My husband & I waited for last pick up to assure all got on so we missed OUR SONS wedding party afterwards we had planned at the hotel. Very very disappointed in the service and how it was handled. Learned that a vehicle had engine troubles… but never was told this. I will never use them again nor will I recommend.

Whoever this african American woman who worked in the D Baggage claim on 12÷17÷12 at 4:30 pm is the rudest woman on the planet. A older man asked if she he knew where he could get cash and her response was «Do I look like an ATM» she was NASTY and needs to be FIRED.
