Awesome experience! Everyone was wonderful, from the concierge to the therapists/​staff. We were treated like royalty and catered to from the time we arrived to the time we got to relax and enjoy some wonderful local tea in the relaxation area. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations. We even got to hear some history of The Stanley and learned about some of the ghost happenings at the hotel and spa. I highly recommend booking an appointment here! They do it all, from massage, facials, to nails hair and makeup! They are very accommodating and will make your visit top notch! I will be booking appointments there in the future when I visit! Thank you Amethyst Spa!!!

My boyfriend and I got facials from Heather and Joshua and they were awesome. We loved both the facials and Heather and Joshua! They knew which products were best for our skin and then they totally were able to ease my boyfriend’s fear of getting a facial. We did a couple’s facial, which was fun. They took their time and gave us a really luxurious experience. We were even offered tea and snacks after our services. Heather is really friendly and personable and so was Joshua. We would totally go back and get other services done. I was super happy with my experience.

My husband and I were in Estes Park for a week, primarily for hiking in RMNP. We decided to take a day for for «relaxation» and I was able to get an appointment at the Spa for a pedicure. Kim Angel provided my pedicure. She was fantastic — made me feel like I was the only one in the spa, her attention to detail was great. She was kind and took interest in our conversation, I felt truly relaxed by the end of my appointment. My pedicure was one of the best that I have had — looks fantastic — and during the appointment it didn’t feel rushed or like I was just another customer. I’d go back again! Thank you Kim Angel!

I would not waste your time booking a reservation here unless you can absolutely make it. The owner and staff are very strict and unreasonable about their 72 hour cancellation policy. My husband and I wanted to go on a hike and tried to push back our appointment for pedicures and the staff were rude and not at all accommodating. I called them after the fact as they charged us the full price for services we never received and the manager was extremely rude. I’ve been to many luxury spas and none have been as rude as this place. We got massages the day before this happened which we nice but not worth dealing with this staff. I do not recommend booking a treatment here.

This Spa has a gorgeous and relaxing décor. They use the best natural products available, many of them organic. They provide relaxing massages, natural manicures & pedicures and offer hair services as well!
