Fall River Village has been in full operation since July 2015, as one of Estes Park’s newest resort condos. Fall River Village offers a niche appeal for travelers who seek the comforts of home, modern amenities, soothing river sounds and breath-​taking mountain views. Conveniently located in the heart of Estes Park — just a stroll away from all downtown shopping and restaurants and a 4-​mile drive from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park — the property boasts 60 newly renovated two bedroom two bathroom units with the fastest internet in town, an outdoor pool, hot tubs, gas grills and community fire pits. Rates at a 3-​night minimum are available now, with longer-​term rental options this winter. Fall River Village is an example of reinvigorating an old building, restoring its potential for new life within the Estes Park community.
