History
Established in 1990.
The Grubsteak which opened its doors in May of 1990. Allie Jones acquired the restaurant in September of 1994 and has made many improvements over the years. The staff has grown from a crew of 6 to nearly 50, with many staff members, families, and loyal patrons returning year after year.
