Chad was the best I ever had. He did such a great job on my house I couldn’t be more pleased. So friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences. They are always on time and efficient. Very reasonably priced. They do great work and Chad is very professional. I highly recommend them.

I don’t often Unilocal but this company painted our house, and did some minor repairs and cleaning. They went out of their way to ensure the safety of our belongings throughout the process and were very professional and friendly with our pets and children. I’m always sketchy about having people in our home but they were very «owner friendly» if that’s a thing. They got the job done at the quoted price, ahead of time, and better than expected. I highly recommend them for any of the various services they offer!

BEWARE!!! This company stole from us while doing a terrible job of washing our windows. I guess they were in a hurry to get out. The owner actually told me in a text message, which I’d love to show to anyone interested, that I was stupid for not putting them in a safe among much other denial. After my wife posted a review of our experience on FB, the owner responded with the most unprofessional ridiculous accusations that we are liars, and even had the nerve to tell us that we have a mutual friend who said that we would lie in this type of situation, but never an apology that his employees stole money and jewelry from us. My wife called the police and there is a criminal investigation currently against the employees. I think their names were Chris and Mike. They drove a grey pick up truck. If anyone has had these guys in your home recently, please check your belongings. It seems that after the owner Chad defended his employees the way he did and turned the accusations against us that he is either in cahoots with them or just in such denial that it is dangerous. Please take extreme caution or I would highly recommend hidden cameras if you have this company do any work in your home.

Hate to have to leave a review like this but alas the owner hasn’t taken responsibility for his employees actions. We were robbed by his employees last Thursday while my husband worked outside painting. Not only did they take 1300 $ cash that I had stashed in my night table but later discovered my diamond earrings missing too. Must have been too easy to pass up after doing 3 skylights and 9 windows in my bedroom. Police report is filed and we are pressing charges. Adding insult to injury, he asked us if WE wanted to confront HIS employees after they didn’t even finish all the windows in the house. Such a betrayal after letting a «professional» into my home.

So, I had a really dirty apartment. We were moving out and didn’t want to give our landlords all of our deposit. We called Anderson Janitorial and they booked us to clean the apartment. Chad said it would probably be about 1 hour for every 100 square feet of the place. They cleaned everything and hauled away the trash, kept a log of what they did while they were there and were awesome. We of course didn’t get our entire deposit, but our landlord only kept $ 100 of it. Awesome

Chad sent Mark and Kyler to work on our place. It hadn’t had a thorough cleaning in some time and they did an excellent job. They’re also very likeable, pleasant guys. I plan to request their help again in the near future.

I didn’t hire this company, so this review is purely based on the bidding experience. I called Chad to have him bid on a bunch of jobs at my house — power washing, gutter cleaning, roof treatment and window washing. He called and canceled our first appointment 30 minutes before it was scheduled because he wasn’t feeling well, which was forgivable — stuff happens. However he then seemed to forget our rescheduled appointment for the next day. I called him 30 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive to find out what was up and he said he’d been on the phone but would be right over. He arrived almost an hour past our appointment time. He didn’t seem to know what he was here to bid on, so I just had him look at the gutters and his estimate was over our next highest bid by $ 225. It’s possible that this team does great work, but if your time is valuable and you need people to show up when scheduled, they might not be your best (or most professional) bet.

Great group of workers. You can’t go wrong by hiring them. Would highly recommend their services. I am a neat freak and was impressed by the quality of work they performed on my son’s rental home. Good job!

So there was a sewage leak under my house that I was renting and i called my landlord to let them know because it smelled really bad. They called Anderson Janitorial and Chad and his crew came out and got all the sewage out from under the house. They wee all really nice to us the entire time they were here

We had a wind storm the a few weeks ago and our fence got knocked down from the weather. So I called our landlord. Our landlord sent out Chad to rebuilt it.
I would have to say it was nice having him around because while he was rebuilding the fence, we had some light blind that needed to be changed in a stairwell and we couldn’t get them. Chad did if for us at no charge just because he is a nice guy.

So pretty much my roommates and I trashed our house and it need to be cleaned up and there was some damage. Holes in the wall, a broken window and one of our drawers got ripped off the cupboard. So when we were moving out my friend suggested we give them a call because she had used them for her house.
I talked to my roommates an we got a quote. Chad stuck to the price and got the job done quickly. He was even able to break up the payments so all my roommates could pay separately. One of my roommates even used Venmo to pay, lol.

After a terrible night of fighting with my crazy ex he decided to throw a party and trash our place. Sorority girls were throwing up their cheap Jell-​O shots all over our carpet and I was sure we were not getting our deposit back– I kicked out the crazy ex and did some research. Hired Anderson janitorial and have never been so impressed! All the stains were gone and I got our entire deposit back. Would recommend them to all of my closest friends with no hesitation!

We Just bought a house and had a house cleaning service done on 12÷07÷14. We asked to have all 3 bathroom deep clean. I was working when he was cleaning so I took his word for it that he thoroughly cleaned it. After I came home, found out that the only thing he cleaned were the sinks. All three toilets and bath tubs have not been touch and pissed stain still all over the toilet bowls, and bath tub was dirty. His price was not cheap either. He charged $ 32 per hour, per person for 3 hours and he said that it took 2 person to do a crappy job that he did. So I called him the next day and sent him some pics before I cleaned it and his response to me was «Sorry that you have a bad day and hope that you feel better after you venting it» I wish I can post the pics on this site. However, if you want the house clean, don’t use this guy. I used him because he had a good review on Unilocal.Now that I experienced the bad job, I wouldn’t recommend him to no one or use him ever again

Anderson Janitorial came out to my house and cleaned my gutters. They made sure and clean up all the debris off the roof and what fell off the roof while cleaning.
I feel like my house is cleaner than it was even before they came out. They did moss treatment as well!
I would recommend them to all my friends!

Anderson Janitorial was a exceptional hire! I had them clean out my rental apartment. They took care of everything and even got the stains out of the carpets (which I didn’t think was possible). They were on time hardworking and professional. I highly recommend Anderson Janitorial for any and all services around the house.
