Went in to try bagels for the first time. While I was waiting for my husbands bagel dog I realized I got only 5 bagel for the 6 bagel bag and asked if I could select another bagel. The girl with the green hair was rude by mocking my request in front of other staff and customers. Poor customer service to say the least!

I’ve been to Bagel Sphere before at the downtown location and was not happy with the meal I got there, but I decided to try it again at the one on 11th. I can’t get over how GOOD my bagel was! I ordered the Alder Smoked Salmon bagel that comes with cream cheese, smoked salmon, tomato, onions and capers, and I believe after eating that I can finally die happy. I keep saying to myself even 20 minutes after I left«that was just soo good!»(Also, it’s the best hangover cure I’ve ever tried. I swear by it.) I’ll definitely be back. The longer drive to this location is 100% worth it

Proper bagels in Eugene. Good sandwiches. I always order a lox sandwich there. It is always great. Thank you.

I want a salt bagel. Bagelsphere has the best bagels! Yet it’s 1:20 in the afternoon and surprise surprise BS has no salt bagels. They never have salt bagels when I want one. I would eat more yet I know I they won’t be any in stock so I don’t go. So I don’t eat bagels. My husband loves their bagels as well. They never have any he wants. And he’s like a dog he will eat anything you put in front of em. Bottom line is bagel store should have bagels that they offer ALLLLLLLLLLTHETIME. Thank you. Oh and their customer service is rather poor. But damn them bagels. Mores stars would’ve been given yet I ain’t got no salt bagel.

Great bagels! They have started getting very stingy with the smears though. There use to be a nice thick layer of cream cheese but it keeps getting thinner and thinner every time I go back. It’s time for them to start thickening up that layer. If I am getting an .85 cent bagel then you need to put $ 2 worth of cream cheese on it, not .50 cents worth.

I was excited to happen upon the Bagel Sphere by accident. I was very pleasantly surprised by the service and prices. I will be coming back often for the bagel sandwiches. So delicious and quick.

So happy to find lox/smoked salmon and bagels where the salmon is delicious! Absolutely a wonderful lunch and I highly recommend other lox and bagel connoisseurs to try Bagel Sphere. The ladies were so kind and helpful. Can’t wait to try more from their menu.

Best bagels in Eugene. I grew up on the east coast where bagels caught on early and there are plenty of good places to choose from and since I moved out here this has been my go to bagel shop. Their sandwiches are great and their cream cheese is excellent. I particularly enjoy their sausage egg and cheese bagel. This location does not get super busy that I have witnessed so your food is ready quick. I’ll buy a dozen, freeze half of them and love to make pizza bagels with them. Their dough is just right. It’s not dense like Humble bagels. To me a good litmus test of a bagel is my willingness to eat one untoasted with nothing on it and these pass with flying colors. Great service and nice atmosphere at this location too. Also, they have AMAZING coffee. Some of the best white mocha’s I have ever had came from Bagel Sphere. I only wish they made their bagels throughout the day so you could come in and have a chance to get a bagel that was still hot or warm from being cooked. No toasting needed, this is the best way to enjoy a bagel.

Finally! Happened by this location on an odd day that I had off… and they were OPEN! Not much to say – as the nice person who helped us said of the location, «This is where the magic happens» :) Over the counter you can see the systems in place to make these bagels, which I thought was pretty cool. I also really enjoyed their simple wood counter tops, and the laid-back vibe inside. Sun was streaming into the south-facing windows and things were quiet around 3pm. I’m guessing it was nearing the end of the baker’s work day. I had a smoked turkey sandwich on a garlic bagel. Good stuff. Bagel was chewy like it should be, and the sprouts were great. My girlfriend had the same thing, on asiago, also great. Just a simple, tasty lunch stop that didn’t break the bank. I also left with a bag of day-olds for $ 3. I was so thankful to finally get to poke my head into this location!

I think the bagels at Bagel Sphere are the best in town(always fresh, perfectly toasted, chewy but not dense, and slathered in cream cheese) but the shining star of Bagel Sphere is the friendly service. It’s so nice to have someone call you ‘sweetie’ and ‘honey’ and cheerfully wish you a good day when you still have bed head and crust around your eyes. It’s like getting a warm hug with your carbs– can’t ask for more.

I was driving to get new tires and praying their was a great place in walking distance to get a quick lunch and a great latte; I was in luck. It was across the street. This little spot, isn’t so little when you walk inside. They make everything in house, you can see it by the large industrial kitchen behind the counter. I was thrilled to see Lox on the menu and ordered that with a 8oz hazelnut Latte, the total came in under $ 9. DEAL. I got the garlic bagel(my personal favorite) and it was so fresh and flavorful with the salmon, cream cheese, tomato, onion and capers. I couldn’t be happier. A must try.

I had the awesome lox bagel, it was fresh and really well made. Pro tip: the salt bagel is REALLY salty, not lightly salted as I anticipated. They have weird rules with what bagels can be toasted.

I love the Bagel Sphere on West 11th. I found them originally because they are pretty much the only bagel place in town that is open at 6am(instead of 7am). Ummm, Eugene.. .WTF? When do you people wake up? The bagels are always good, the flavored cream cheese is nice and, most importantly, the ladies that work here are among the nicest people out there, especially early in the morning. If you are out this way and need your morning carbs, Bagel Sphere is recommended!
