Cascade Manor is Eugene’s first and only Continuing Care Retirement Community. As a CCRC, Cascade Manor offers comfortable accommodations in a variety of floor plans, an array of fine services and amenities, and on-​site supportive services and health care designed to help you maintain your prized independence. In addition to our beautiful independent living apartments and garden apartments, you’ll find residential living services, excellent nursing care, and a comprehensive wellness program.

Cascade Manor’s on-​campus Health Care Center offers compassionate Skilled Nursing Care in a boutique-​style atmosphere. With just 28 beautifully appointed accommodations, our trained staff can easily ensure that every resident receives the personalized care and attention they deserve.

History

Established in 1961.

For its first three decades, Cascade Manor was sponsored by three Eugene churches — First United Methodist, First Congregational, and Central Presbyterian. In 1996, Cascade Manor became affiliated with Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), a not-​for-​profit organization headquartered in Medford, Oregon. PRS is a nationally recognized leader in the senior-​living industry.

Meet the Manager

Brian Y.

Manager

Brian is the Executive Director of Cascade Manor. He joined the Pacific Retirement Services family in August 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and spent his first six years after college serving the U.S. Army as a Chief Warrant Officer and Rotary Wing Aviator. Upon his honorable discharge, Young accepted a position as an Administrator-​in-​Training at the Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, Oregon, where he learned all aspects of the long-​term-​care industry at a world class continuing care retirement community. Since completing his administrator training, he has served as a Management Analyst with Pacific Retirement Services in Medford, Oregon, Executive Administrator of Trinity Terrace in Fort Worth, Texas, and currently as Executive Director of Cascade Manor in Eugene, Oregon.
