I too would give Dr. Niles ten gold stars if possible. Dr. Niles and his team are professional, caring and knowledgeable. As an adult, I always feel comfortable going in for my appointments as his office employees are so friendly and many of his patients are adults. I’ve needed extensive care due to other dental issues taking place and Dr. Niles is continuing to follow me and give me treatments, as needed, to make sure that I receive the best outcome possible.

Dr. Niles & team are the Best in town! Dr. Niles is attentive, good listener, and his attention to detail is impressive. Dr. Niles staff are amazing, they are friendly & always have a smile. It feels like a family when you go to appointments. I love my teeth. I’m so glad my dentist recommended Dr. Niles!

Dr. Niles and his team are fantastic! Friendly, caring staff and a very clean and professional atmosphere. Dr. Niles is always upbeat and the results of his expertise are second to none. I noticed that a couple of my lower teeth were starting to shift (nine years after having braces) and he «dialed them in» as he likes to say, at no charge. Now that is customer service at its best! I would highly recommend Niles Orthodontics to anybody looking for a great orthodontist.

If I could choose ten stars I would. My daughter was born with cleft lip and palate so she needed extensive orthodontic work. She was in braces from fourth grade to eleventh grade so our experience with Dr. Niles and the office staff and assistants and lab staff is a long one. She is currently in twelfth grade and out of braces and her teeth are AMAZING! We traveled from Roseburg to see Dr. Niles and don’t have one regret. I even as an adult got braces at the office since we were making so many trips during this time frame and it was life changing.
I’ll never forget our first consult appt for my daughter. I was looking for an orthodontist that would coordinate their care with our Portland surgeons. Dr. Niles commented that he will want to request records from Portland before he commits and I told him I had brought them all with me and they were in the car. He said ‘go get ‘em’. Not all orthodontists are capable of working with other surgeons and looking at a person as a whole. Dr. Niles sold me that first appt. He took care of my daughter on a physical level and emotional level as her teeth changed over the years. He was very patient with her. I highly recommend his office!!!

This place gets five gold stars from me. I had braces as an adult and every single one of the staff members have been so helpful and patient with all of my questions. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great orthodontics experience!

This is ONLY my second time with braces, but I couldn’t imagine a better orthodontist. I’m really impressed with the whole operation. They really care about their patients and are so accommodating. The customer service of this place should be a model for every business out there!

Amazing staff and incredible orthodontist. Anyone these days can make going to get braces fun, but Dr Niles knocks it out of the park. He didn’t rush us, allowing teeth to come in and get right where he wanted them before putting the braces on my son. He goes above and beyond personally to make sure you are doing well. I almost wish I could have braces again.

Dr. Gobeille was certainly the funner of the two doctors while both were in partnership, but Dr. Niles is still just as professional and personable. kept and maintained great staff who were both professional and courteous to children and adults. Very thorough and efficient procedures (I went through the whole part 1 and 2 phases as I had not only crooked teeth but a small and overcrowded mouth and NEVER needed to pull a tooth. Scheduling was always convenient, and they would usually be able to get you in right away, especially in an orthodontic emergency. I haven’t gone back in years (since they put in the permanent retainers) but their service was always top notch. I wonder if they still have the wooden nickel program? That was always a bonus for the kids to purchase things through wooden nickels from their visits. Bless my mother though — that orthodontic work didn’t come cheap, but the results paid off.
