I specialize in in-​home and on-​site Mac and PC computer service and repair for homes and businesses.

Other services include virus and malware removal, free antivirus installation, wired and wireless network and Internet setup and servicing, data recovery, tutoring, even setup of home entertainment systems! I can also help you with getting set up or troubleshooting audio and video projects.

I worked previously with Rent-​a-​Nerd for 5 years and hold several college degrees. I’ve worked in the electronic and computer industries since 1984.

I like to work with people of all ages and can help you understand your computer without being intimidating.

Whether you want to look over my shoulder and be informed of everything I’m doing or just want me to get the job done, I’m comfortable with that.

I can also provide telephone support and take credit cards.

History

Established in 2005.

I started working on people’s Macs and PCs back in the mid 1990s in the Santa Cruz area of California. I moved to Klamath Falls and later started and completed college at OIT. After graduating in 2005 I moved to Eugene and slowly worked to increase my business by word of mouth. I partnered with Rent-​A-​Nerd later that year, keeping my customer bases separate. I worked from October of 2005 to October of 2010, took a much needed break and left Eugene and travelled across America. I had a great time but realized this is my home and have now returned. I found out Rent-​a-​Nerd had gone out of business and I’m putting all my effort on connecting with every person in the Willamette valley who needs help! I’ve had somewhere around 2500 separate occasions to fix or consult with various customers in the last 7 years. If I can’t fix it, chances are nobody can.
