Absolutely superb. Matt the plumber and the woman who answered the phone were friendly, efficient, and quick. From the time I called until the job was done was just over an hour, and the service was well-​priced as well. I had the company at another house a few years ago and the experience was exactly the same. Highly recommended.

Superb service, no judgment, great advice. I had a sink overflow upstairs that ended up sending water through a light fixture downstairs. Frank came and inspected everything and helped me assess the situation, gave me great tips on how to waterproof my laundry room and bathroom areas. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and didn’t make me feel incompetent or foolish.
I’m really glad I called Drain Raider as they were one of only a couple plumbers who had anyone available the same day I called. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Had a bit of an emergency with all the drains overflowing one morning. This company was referred to us. They were able to get to our place within an hour and Tyler (what a rock star) was so professional and friendly. He got straight to work and got everything fixed within 1 ½ hours. And even gave my mom a senior discount. What a great company!

These guys have done good work for us. We had a chronic backup problem and no adequate cleanout. With their camera they were able to identify the source of the blockage (a collapsed pipe) and repair the problem while putting in a cleanout. Now we don’t have to dismantle the bathroom in order to clean the pipes.

Art and his crew are amazing!!! Very honest and upfront about all prices and work that needs to be done. I have had to use their service a few times and it is always same or next day service. Two of the three times I’ve had at least two other bids done for the same work and Drain Raider was always the cheapest and fastest. They back up all of their work so you feel confident the work was done correctly. Art is a stand up guy who is open and honest about the whole process. I’d recommend them to any friend or family member!!!
