Service is great and prices can’t be beat. He repaired the screen on my son’s iPhone 6 in the time frame he gave me and even gave me a discount. I will definitely be going to Brit again, maybe sooner than I thought. I highly recommend Brit, he’s fair and honest. Plus I like to support local small businesses whenever I can.

I had charging issues with my iPhone 5s, and while other places told me I’d just have to replace the whole phone, Brit was able to fix it so it would charge reliably for only 40 $… which is amazing. It took about 20 minutes, and everything was good to go. If your phone needs help, I’d def recommend Brit and Eugene IRepairs.

These guys saved me from excruciating death over the holidays this year. Or at least excruciating attempts to coordinate with the onslaught of friends and family sans phone.
I had dropped my brand new iphone 6s in the toilet just before Thanksgiving and wasn’t going to be able to make it to the Apple store for a replacement for a week. When I brought it to these guys for repair, they were super upfront about the fact that opening it up would trigger a tamper indicator that would put it out of warranty (a new feature on the 6s).
At first they advised me to go buy a cheap Walmart phone and swap my SIM card into it to get me through the week. But it was getting late and I really wanted something that night, so they took pity on me and sold me a refurbished iphone5 at the same price they’re going for on craigslist, so I can resell it when I’m done.
These guys were super knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. If it didn’t mean having to have more phone troubles, I would love to do business with them again!

I strongly dislike having my phone in a case therefore visiting accessory repair shops isn’t too rare of an occurrence for me. In late 2015 I dropped my iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. Eugene iRepair was about 500 feet away so I stopped in w/​o an appointment. They quoted me a fair $ 100 and told me they could have it ready in less than an hour. They followed through on both promises. Phone worked and looked great so I popped a case on it to keep it that way.
Today (circa ²⁄₃ months after they replaced my screen) I took the phone out of it’s case to clean it and noticed the top right of the screen protruding a bit. My phone still worked and I wouldn’t have noticed it had I not slipped it out of it’s case. However, the small problem definitely had the potential to become a large problem in the future, and bc of the dampness that coincides with the winter here, it seemed important to fix.
Normally I would have left my phone in it’s case and dealt with the issue when it came up again but being that iRepair is so close, I decided to stop in and ask if they had any suggestions on the best way to counter my problem.
I, again, was greeted with a smile from the man behind the counter (Britt) who was helping someone else at the time but I appreciated that he acknowledged me and took the time to say he’d be right with me. I overheard him suggesting to the man he was helping that Amazon would have a better price on [whatever the guy was looking for] than iRepair would. I thought was nice of him to suggest and also spoke to the integrity of how the Eugene iRepair business is ran.
When it was my turn I showed Britt my phone and mentioned how I’d been in a few months back and as I was about to ask him for a suggestion on how to fix it myself he stopped me and said they’d gladly fix it, explaining that sometimes after repair the glue can unmount causing a small protrusion. I explained I was simply looking for a way to keep my phone in tact for the time being and he said not to worry they’d fix it bc they offer a year warranty –crazy bc I had never encountered a warranty offer good for more than 30 days with any phone repair let alone one that lasts 365 days.
I was happy to hear about the warranty but I had no idea where my receipt was for my previous visit (who would?) and had no way to prove I’d even been into this store. Before I could embarrassingly explain this or the fact that I was too broke to pay a BS warranty fee, Britt took the phone to inspect it and said he could have it ready in 40 minutes at no cost to me.
I am so glad I decided to stop in. My phone is back to new and working perfectly. For the second time they fulfilled their time and cost estimate. It never even crossed my mind that I would leave the store with a good-​as-​new phone at no cost to me. It’s rare to find a business that operates this way.
:Eugene iRepair could have easily gotten me for another $ 100 (had I had it) and I know this because the crap place I took my phone to before moving to Eugene botched the repair and I ended up paying twice ($ 238 w/​i 2 weeks) for their mistake. Looking back I shouldn’t have, I just thought that’s how the repair business worked:

I truly cannot offer enough praise for the quality, speed, and professionalism of Britt and Eugene iRepair! Since my purchase of the iPhone 6+ I have cracked my screen 3 times. Yes, I know, shameful. The first time, I called Britt after 5p from an hour away. He was very helpful over the phone, explaining all the options. He fixed the phone and I was on my way home by 8p. The last time Britt fixed the screen and gave me an amazing deal (I won’t say specifics, but trust me, it was incredibly generous!). If you have a cracked screen on an apple product, don’t give a second thought to going anywhere else.

Shattered my iPhone 6 screen and called around about repairing it. Not only was Britt the most reasonably priced, he completed the repair the same day and I was in and out within 10 minutes of arriving at his shop. After another try with this service I have changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. My wife’s iPhone 5s screen was cracked all to hell. He arrived right on time and changed the screen out in about 10 – 15 minutes. Doesn’t get much better than that. Would absolutely use them again.

I was that typical college kid who shattered her phone screen. I was gonna go to Apple but found Britt instead. And for the convenience of me not having to drive to Portland I contacted him and he met up with me and fixed my phone screen for a descent price and so fast! He made it look so easy and if anything happens again I’m definitely going back to iRepair!

Eugene iRepairs is the shit, and Britt is the BEST! I shattered my iPhone 6 while on vacation in Eugene, and he fixed it for me that same afternoon. After about 15 minutes at a nearby Starbucks, I was a very happy customer. :)
What an impressive dude and business; I don’t even know where to begin. Friendly, hella easy to talk to, quick and efficient, extremely knowledgable, great people skills as well as business skills, best prices in Eugene, bonus tempered glass protector, I could go on and on.
I live nearly 700 miles away from Eugene, but I will absolutely call Britt if I have any iPhone issues in the future. A five star rating really isn’t enough!

I emailed to set up a next-​day weekend repair. He replied quickly, arrived right on time, and had my screen replacement done in 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional. I’d definitely call again and recommend to anyone who needs their iOS device fixed.

We called Britt and he was able to schedule an appointment within two hours. He arrived early and had my iPhone 4’s screen replaced in less than 20 minutes. He was very friendly and the repair only cost $ 60. If I ever have the misfortune to break my phone again… I will call Eugene iPhone repairs!!!

Went to a foam concert, phone got wet and shut itself off. I tried the rice trick for a few days but decided to open it up to air it out better. The inside didn’t look too corroded compared to another phone I jumped into the river with. Decided it mustve been something small to fix since the inside looked good and decided to call this gentleman. He came to my work and within under half an hour, he replaced the phone screen and it was up and running perfectly again.

I got drunk.
I dropped by phone.
It got broken.
Came out and fixed my phone.

Britt was awesome, came to my place on Easter Sunday of all days within an hour of emailing him. Had my screen fixed in about 20 minutes and the screen is just like new. If my iPhone screen breaks again somehow, first person I will be contacting is Britt. No other person in Eugene I’m letting repair my phone from here on out.

Britt was working on my 6+ moments after my call. He helped me through the problem at hand, and saved me around $ 900.00. He is a good guy, more than fair. He could not be more qualified for the service he provides. He is now the only one that I will let work on this phone, unless he sends me on a road trip to Portland.(you know)!

Really nice guy, quick and professional. He does quality work. Fair price compared to competitors, and they can take MUCH longer. Plus they are mobile and you can watch the person do it right in front of you which is a plus. My only trepidation was the LCD replacement screen was not flowing around the edges and has a tiny lip on the edges but it’s hardly noticeable. Despite that, I would and plan on using this service again.

I contacted them on Unilocal after my iPhone 6 Plus screen cracked. I recieved a call estimating that the repair would be $ 250, but they were polite when I explained that I would be going through my insurance company since it was cheaper than $ 250. I then was texted saying the prices for parts went down to $ 150, and appreciated the update. I will be going through my insurance company to fix my phone issues, but I was thankful for Eugene iRepairs’ honesty and courtesy!

Fantastic service! Britt came to my home the morning after I e-​mailed him and in about 30 minutes, he made my very badly damaged iPhone 5 look almost brand new.
I run a computer repair business, but I don’t have the skill to repair some types of damage to mobile devices. Because of this, I have used several mobile device repair services in the area. Eugene iRepair is the only one I have tried that does a good job and does it in a timely manner. I will be recommending this service to my own customers from now on.
