Chris helped us understand the different species of bamboo plants. We wanted to get one for my mom for her birthday, and found the perfect bamboo plant!

Chris is the incredibly nice guy who runs this business.
We bought a lovely specimen piece of black bamboo and a healthy pot of arrow bamboo there yesterday. He offers a pretty good selection of the most poplular bamboos — yellow-​, black– and green-​caned runners, sasa palmata, little groundcovers in lovely colors, sasa vietchii and airy clumpers like fargesia. He also has amazing yellow and green timber bamboos. Sers, check ‘em out — they’ll leave you silent.
The price for the taller bamboo was right on, the smaller one was a deal.
His place is lovely to visit if you’re a big olé bamboo nerd like me.
He delivered, for just ten bucks in town and more if you’re out there. I really appreciate that because our Civic hatchback can’t fit a twelve-​foot tall plant.
He brought our ‘boos in. I’m grateful that he helped me get one into large pot, lifting it in and out again, scraping dirt off to make the perfect fit. Really appreciated his advice on the couple of others growing in whiskey barrels that are having trouble.
