The 2^nd In Your Home location is in Eugene, which is owned and Operated by Kim Darden. Kim contacted In Your Home Portland shortly after earning her Executive Certificate in Home Modifications through the Ethel Percy Andrus Gerontology Center at University of Southern California in 2011. While learning about how Home Modifications can be implemented in one of the courses, In Your Home was featured as a business making a positive impact and leading the way in Home Modifications.

Kim, A 3^rd generation Eugenean, knew that establishing a business in Eugene that provided knowledgeable, trustworthy solutions for what people really wanted and needed was what she was intended to do. Finding the right partner who shared her vision was the key to making this vision a reality. On October 1^st, 2012, Kim became the first franchise location of In Your Home.
