dr. villano is a great dentist… the billing dept… not so much.
i was quoted a price after my procedure i was charged less than quoted, i thought right on it was actually less than i was quoted… i paid the whole bill and went home…
9 months later i got a bill for around $ 300.00…and it said i was more than 120 days past due, if i didnt pay in full it was going to collections. i personally think this was the wrong… it is not my fault the billing dept is sooooo far behind… I was finally able to pay them off, so I called and gave them my cc info, they waited 3 days to run my card… mean time I lost my debit card… by the time they ran it, it didn’t work, I had to call it in lost so it was blocked. It really takes 3 days to run a credit card??? Cmon billing dept… GET WITH IT!

I recently brought my daughter in to have her wisdom teeth removed and was thrilled with the amazing care, service, and general atmosphere of the office. Dr. Villano is great at what he does… highly skilled, very compassionate with my very nervous daughter and answered all of my questions. His assistant was very kind, knowledgeable and so good with my daughter. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. My daughter healed nicely, just like Dr. Villano said she would. I am so grateful for their excellent care of my daughter and highly recommend their office.
