Fun cooking classes where you get to hang out and prepare awesome food then eat «family style» and enjoy the bounty of your creation. All of the classes are 100% gluten free but you don’t have to be to enjoy great food and an incredible atmosphere. Classes are created around a menu so you get to enjoy some of your favorites and learn something new, too. Classes begin at 5:30pm and end about 8pm. You get to take a copy of the recipes home with you so you can recreate the magic again later!
If you are struggling with staying on a gluten free diet or need to be eating gluten free but aren’t sure where to begin or what to do, KitchOut also offers help with that, too.

Business Owner
John Carlile founded KitchOut and KitchOut.com as a way to share great recipes with folks. He has been teaching cooking classes for years and decided to focus on that full time when the economy began to change several years ago and the interior design firm he founded closed shop. He learned of his own food issues while helping a client research her own food issues regarding gluten and Celiac disease and has pursued helping people through that confusion since. He focuses on teaching people how to cook and eat better, as well as helping them know how to proceed in the future with food issues. Teaching people how to shop, prepare and enjoy healthy and delicious food and helping them understand what their «blocks» are so they can build around them.
