Called to make an appointment for the swollen lymph node I’ve had for the past 15 months. I was put on hold for 7 minutes and 34 seconds. I hung up and called back, and now am on hold again. The lady assured me it’d only be a minute this time. We are on to minute 3:20 currently.
First time patient– awful experience.
She finally picked up on minute 4:47. They have no openings for new patients until the second week of January. Even though I mentioned it is serious. Wonderful.
I will take my business elsewhere. I suggest you do too.
