We are a Chef owned bistro. Chef Jeff Strom is a two time winner of Oregon Iron Chef!

Our goal is to share our love and passion for great cuisine by bringing people together through a gastronomic journey of food and drinks. We use the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and create seasonal menus featuring the best from our farmers, artisans, winemakers and brewers. Our cuisine is meticulously prepared with a global infusion of techniques that exemplifies an artistic hands-​on approach that showcases local ingredients at a value-​conscious price.

We also feature a full bar with a hand selected wine list, house made cocktails that are created to flow with the seasons and local beers on tap.

History

Established in 2011.

Owners Jeff and Angela had both been in the restaurant business for over 10 years, then they met and 10 years later they had the opportunity to open their own. Jeff’s culinary expertise combined with Angela’s savvy business sense create the ‘perfect storm’ allowing us to be among the premier restaurants in Eugene.
