M & G Collision Specialists

I recently was involved in an auto accident. I posted this to my Facebook network, where I should take it? I had 5 responses, 4 of them suggested M&G. I’m so glad that I chose them. My Insurance agent also suggested them, as she had taken her vehicle there also. Very professional, nice people to work with, and the work was so good. I’m nothing but pleased with M&G! I was really struggling over making the decision as to which body shop to take my car to. I had front end damage bad enough that I wasn’t sure if it would be considered totaled. I was fearful that if I chose the wrong body shop, they wouldn’t be able to help me. I’m incredibly thankful I chose M&G. Ron instantly made me feel at ease, after emotions running high after just being in an accident. The work was done in the time frame they promised, and I couldn’t be happier to have my car back and looking beautiful. They have friendly emoloyees who do amazing work!

I experienced the same problem as J F. with buffing and scratches. They cleaned the car after they worked on it, and left scratches in the clear coat all over my car. There must have been grit in the buffing pad or something to that effect, because the scratches are in a uniform pattern on every panel of my car. Our insurance assessed the damage at just under $ 3,000 and said «we have had a lot of similar problems with M&G.»
Almost as discouraging as the damage, though, is that I had to take our car back twice to get my replacement panel properly fixed. The new part didn’t fit correctly, and as a result, rubbed the paint off the edges of the replacement panel when they installed it. They admitted as much, the first time, but the second time, when the issue was clearly still unresolved, just better hidden, a gentleman who I later found out was the owner’s son, said «How does it look? Much better, right?» and proceeded to encourage us to take the car off the lot. When I pointed out the peeling paint, he acknowledged he knew about the issue and blamed the problem on our insurer. The owner’s son was trying to hide the problem in the hopes we’d accept it and drive off the lot. Yikes.
If I’d known the experience was going to be this horrific, I would have gone to another business, in spite of my insurer’s recommendation of M & G.

I am very happy with my experience with M & G Collision Specialists. They are extremely organized, professional, friendly and thorough. My car was repaired beautifully, even better than when I bought it! Their attention to detail is above and beyond. James was delightful and helped me through the whole process. All the staff are extremely helpful and kind. I would never go any where else. I would give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend everyone to use this wonderful facility.

I had lived near this M&G for years when I was younger and had always loved cars so I has always remember always seeing the cars come in and out, so when I needed some light work on my Audi and when my insurance company referred me to them I was kind of excited to see what they could do because I had only ever went to Auto Craft.
When coming to pick up my car I was truly let down. We had spoken about buffing my whole car or the areas they saw fit but when I walked around I quickly noticed they had not only not washed my car but it hadn’t even buffed it.
I could see where they wrote on my car with the car paint pen, so in my mind if you had buffed or waxed a car that would of been the easiest stuff to get off.
I gave them a second chance because my insurance company said I should… mistake they ended up putting scratches in the paint trying to wipe off the pen markings they had made. I chose to say it was okay because I could tell how annoyed they were getting by having to even redo it to begin with.
I took my car down to auto craft (where I usually had gone) and they for no charge did some buffing on my car because how bad it was left by M&G.
okay people and clean facilities but in the end if you drive a higher end vehicle do some research.
*By far not the worst place in town but for the image presented the standards were not met for me.

The people who work at M & G collision are amazing people with extreme attention to detail. They made my car like it was brand-​new and matched the paint perfectly which was a rare color. They had so many cars they were working on, but they made sure that my car was done by Friday so I could have it for the weekend which was amazing and it looked and smelled amazing. The whole staff was helpful and approachable and so nice and knowledgeable. A few days later, I had a situation with my car and I called them (which had nothing related to anything they had done). They told me to come right in and they would see what they could do to help me. They fixed my bumper for me for free and then washed my car for me. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. They works so fast and do such an excellent job I am so grateful for them! I highly recommend this place and I will refer them anyone I know who needs their services. I want to think all of them again for all their help! Thank you M&G!!!

These folks are awesome. Hit and run damage to our pickup door was professionally repaired better than before. Ben was honest & direct with his time & cost estimates. In my experience, this is the best & friendliest shop in the area.
