I have had a few bouquets delivered to my mother-​in-​law over the years. I like to order flowers in a casual way meaning I call and give a budget and a color scheme. I also request bouquets without a vase for more flowers. R&B gives her so many flowers that she usually has three vases full around her house. Love it!

Stopped in because I wrote Rythm and Blooms on Facebook asking if they had a specific flower and they replied yes, the lady in there just looked at my boyfriend and I. Didn’t say a word. No hello. No can I help you. Nothing. I will not be going back to this one.

My daughter’s life partner Jonathan Swanz is launching his glass sculpture exhibit in Eugene OR this week. I called from Nashville TN to order a flower arrangement. The staff at Rhythm & Blooms went above and beyond and somehow they were able to translate my desires from a distance; so pleasant, personable yet professional over the phone. I was overwhelmed when Jonathan sent me a photo of the over 3ft tall arrangement and I was thrilled to see they had blended in some tropical flowers (especially this time of year and with the winter we have had) Since he and my daughter actually live in Hawaii made this arrangement even more special with the tropical flowers woven in. Rhythm & Blooms picked up on that somehow??? I wasn’t able to make it to Eugene for his show so it meant so much to all of us to have this special arrangement from me and the rest of our family to greet visitors as they arrived for his exhibit. Thank you so so very much!

I called Rhythm & Blooms to order an arrangement for my girlfriend’s birthday. They made some recommendations based on the price range and included some beautiful purple flowers I asked for. The delivery was quick. They had a hard time delivering to a secure area of Riverbend Hospital where my lady works but they called me right away to find a solution instead of just abandoning the delivery.
Very friendly, fast and efficient service, beautiful product at a price that’s right. Who could ask for more?

I’m only giving R&B 3 stars now because of the rip off my mother received recently. Every year I have called R&B to order between 2 – 3 arrangements a year, with a price point between $ 80-​$ 120. Before I would have given them 5 stars but the last two arrangements are sorry excuses of floral design. This last order I asked for Lizzies and Peonies and I asked for the arrangement to be $ 120. I’ll post a photo in the photo section. I know times are rough but this is not even $ 60 worth of flowers.

UPDATE: after posting my initial review, I thought it was only fair that I reach out to Rhythm & Blooms directly with my feedback. R&B owner/​manager, Rachel, got back to me quickly. She was eager to make it right. Instead of making excuses, she offered to make a second delivery of flowers for no additional charge or refund my money. Since the original goal was to send someone lovely flowers, I opted for the 2^nd delivery of flowers. I posted the picture of what was delivered and it was beautiful — likely worth more than the original bouquet I’d ordered. I appreciated the swift action from them. As such, I’ve changed my rating from «meh, I’ve experienced better» (2 stars) to «A-​OK!» (3 stars). I’ll order from them again and hope that I have the opportunity to move them to ««Yay! I’m a fan» (4 stars).

Based on previous reviews I called Rhythm & Blooms from the Seattle area to deliver flowers to my step-​mom. Based on what I saw on their website, I asked that they start with the «Passionate Purple Tulips» which is listed on the website and add a couple of white stargazer lilies and a few white roses. Pretty specific right? The very friendly gal who answered the phone seemed to understand what I was looking for. I wish I could post a picture with this review because what arrived was a bouquet of mostly greenery, a few pale purple tulips, maybe 3 white roses, 3 white lilies, little filler flowers that look like white daisies and two tall sprigs of what looks like blue delphinium — all haphazardly arranged. The last two flowers I definitely did not ask for. I wouldn’t have paid $ 20 for this bouquet, let alone $ 60. It’s always a bit risky delivering flowers from an unknown, out of town florist for this exact reason. I seems like they feel they can get away with selling you one thing but delivering another. The only reason I gave them stars was because the woman who answered the phone was so nice. T&B may have nice flowers in the shop but STAY AWAY if you’re ordering from out of town.

Rhythm and blooms, specifically this location, is always helpful with what I need. I don’t know flowers, so I often talk to the employee for help in create what I want. I have never been disappointed. I always walk away so a beautiful pre made or custom built bouquet, adequately priced, with free flower food, and the perfect touch of ribbons and wrap.
In addition to this, Rhythm and Blooms helped me fundraise for surgery on my dog’s broken leg. Thanks to their help, and other fundraising efforts, we were able to raise the entire cost of the surgery.
