The person is beyond rude who answered the phone. Told me he didn’t have time to answer a question then hung up. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. Will never ever recommend this place to anyone

Service is great. I’ve paid twice the amount at other places for the same quality. Friendly, take appts and easy to get to.

After a number of visits to this place in the past year and a half and finding their work to be of good quality and, for the most part, fast and courteous, on my visit 2 weeks ago I dealt with the most rude nail technician I’ve ever encountered. From the beginning, he seemed angry that the shop was so busy (?my fault?) He shouted orders at the other staff (when he wasn’t giving me orders). He indicated I wasn’t switching the nail dryer on and moving my hands in and out of dryer fast enough, and then became irritated when I smudged 1 of my nails while pushing the back of the nail dryer to re-​start it-​mumbling something about me being the only customer to do this. When I took cash out of my purse to pay him, he raised his voice at me again, thinking I was paying him too much.(Maybe no one tips this guy.) When I counted every bill for him, he calmed down. By the way, all the customers were watching this. If he’s an employee, he should be fired. If he owns the salon, he shouldn’t deal with customers. Needless to say, won’t be back.

Sophie and Rosie both do an amazing job. They are both very nice and I had to take my 2 year old with me and Rosie was super patient. Prices are decent and my solar nails stayed on without lifting for over 4 weeks.

They did a great job on my nails. I got a mani pedi for $ 35 I was very satisfied. Great price I would like to go back every month. Overall it took an hour and 15 min from start to finish. Nancy did my pedicure, she massages each foot/​lower leg really well about 5 min each. Overall will be going back. They stay busy, I commend them all for working so hard especially since I noticed they were a lot of annoying/​picky customers. It’s just nails ladies calm down these people are doing a great job be thankful and appreciate them treating you like princesses.

I went today and had my nails done here by Theodore. He was fabulous, best ever. I will continue to go back because of him. Thank you Theodore. He was very nice and cared about doing a good job.

This little spot is kinda nice for a quick pedicure but nothing to write home about. The chairs are nice and comfortable. They looked at me funny but didn’t mind me bringing in a 22oz beer from dairy mart (sometimes you just need a break from your kids lol) my biggest complaint aside from the mediocre massage which is the best part the girls all just talked to each other in a convo I couldn’t understand and I felt like a job instead of someone who deserved a treat. Bummer. Will I go back? Sure in a pinch

I’m not used to going into these places because my Sister is a nail tech but she lives out of town so I’m left to search places out.
I needed a quick pedi because my younger Sis is getting married and I heard from a few friends they do a great job here. They take walk ins. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and it was very busy in there and they fit me right in. I just needed to pick a color and have a seat for a moment while a waited for the man to finish on some nails. My toes turned out very pretty, and my feet are happy that they are nice and soft again. Lol
I will be back for sure!

I don’t get my nails done very often. I went with a few girl friend’s as a special treat. Theodore did a GREAT job with a special request nail art design.

I always get a great pedicure here. They always manage to do a great job and the polish lasts a long time. You get an awesome foot and leg massage with your pedicure.

Have gone here several times and they seem to never be able to be consistent. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s not. Came here a few days ago and they forgot lotion massage till I mentioned (manicure), didn’t apply top coat to my sisters manicure, and my mom and I’s gel nails have already chipped.

My daughter and I have had lots of pedicures at many different places in Oregon, Washington and Idaho. THE BEST leg massage ever! Next time we find ourselves in Eugene, we will get the Deluxe Pedi. Very thorough and friendly!

This is a good, quick, inexpensive option. I suggest calling ahead, we skipped several people sitting there because we had. I got a great pedicure and my sister got a great gel manicure. Lots of gel color options. A solid choice, only giving ⁴⁄₅ because of the somewhat rough-​around-​the-​edges customer service. Would go back.

Theodore is great… ask for him. Good prices, but call first or you’ll wait a while

Came here because I got a gift certificate for a pedicure. I added a mani when I got there for only $ 10 more. Both were great. My nails haven’t looked this good in a really long time. I’m not one to fuss over my nails much so there was a lot of work to be done, but I’m glad I went.
