Salon Twisted is Eugene’s best kept secret… tucked away in the historic Chase family home in the center of Chase Village, you realize that this place is different from other salons the moment you walk in the door. Krista, the owner, is talented, creative and a true color specialist. Being a business woman, I truly appreciate the warm, secluded and private setting this salon offers. I look forward to my regular monthly appointments in this quiet retreat-​it is a wonderful escape from the daily grind.

I loved the new look I received at Salon Twisted! Krista was an amazing, experienced color professional who knew exactly what my hair needed. I walked in with dry, damaged hair and came out with soft, silky, repaired hair.
I found the salon to be quite comfortable and stylish. Cutting edge to say the least. I will be back and will be sending my friends and family her way.
It can be a tough decision to try a new salon or stylist, I wish I would have made this move long ago! Very, very happy!

I have only been here once, but I will be back. Ginger did my hair and took the time to listen to what I wanted and then perfect my look with shears, a razor and clippers like I asked for (I have a very short pixie like style that I am very particular about). I also got my eyebrows waxed which was done quick and effectively and really didn’t hurt like some other times I have had them waxed elsewhere. Having moved here from Atlanta, I am used to paying much more for a cut and style. I was thrilled with the high amount of personal service I received for what I deem to be a very reasonable cost. While I was there, the owner was present and I met her as well. She seemed very kind and was enthusiastic about the work Ginger was doing and my boldness in choice of style. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you thank you. Side note the location is a little tricky but they have signs that lead the way and the facility is in a charming old mansion which I got a kick out of. Very nicely done! I want to try other services they offer also. I know I’ve found my trusty stylist, and I feel so fortunate since Ginger is sweet as can be, funny, and is awesome at giving you exactly what you ask for!

I don’t know which shop Deanna R. went to but it’s not the same one I went to. Krista and her staff were completely unprofessional, no one greeted me or even acknowledged me until I walked into the back shop area. And I was made to wait over 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment. As for the amazing price, to say I was in shock when she gave me the total for my bill is an understatement. I have never been charged almost $ 200 for a cut and color in Eugene or anywhere else. I will not be going back and I WILL NOT be recommending this salon to anyone.
