Spa Joli’

Please be extremely careful and STAY AWAY from this company. I purchased a Groupon for their services, and when I called to schedule an appointment they told me they were no longer honouring Groupons. Instead they had me pay again on the spot over the phone for services not yet rendered.
Normally this would have been a big red flag but I was short on options and I was booking eyelashes for a wedding. I paid by credit card over the phone and scheduled my appointment and then went back to Groupon for a refund.
Day of appointment I show up — to my surprise, they were closed, with an OUT OF BUSINESS sign on the front. Calling Marissa’s number and Spa Joli’s number left me with a disconnected message. So these guys took my money and then vanished.
I called my credit card company to dispute the charges, and these guys came back to say that I’d actually received services, and then produced a fake signature signed «RHME» to show I signed! So these guys know how to work the system. As of right now I’m still going through the dispute process.
Buyer beware. Only pay in person if you must go with them if they pop up again somewhere, but far better to find an honest, ethical, and legitimate company to give your business to.

I was visiting Eugene and me and my best friend decided to have a spa day. So amazing! I got a facial and lashes and my girlfriend got the same. Amazing service. Marissa was so sweet and fun. I highly recommend Spa Joli!

Came here for some groupons. I had six microdermabrasions with marissa. Upon scheduling I was informed of their policies which include a strict lateness policy. Fairly normal and I respected this. The first session I got there 15 minutes ahead of time and she had someone in still. So I waited and while I was waiting she came out, set the room up again and a lady walked in and she got hers 10 minutes AFTER mine was supposed to start. Luckily the facials don’t last long so I wasn’t kept waiting longer than FOURTY minutes without so much as an apology. Also while I had towels on my face, she was texting! At first I couldn’t figure it out but it was clearly texting. Every couple seconds I’d hear a vibrate and then her nails clicking on the phone! Only ended up receiving two treatments even though all of them were scheduled as i got a strange text message from them saying they were no longer honoring groupons. This is probably for the best because it was barely worth it for the groupon price. Never had any other treatments so I can’t vouch for anything else.

5 stars + like a zillion more. The whole staff is awesome,.Lori did my hair I love it I highly recommend them to any one and everyone who goes in there. Its nice to go into a place where they treat you like family, they actually talk to you, where you know the convo isn’t fake… again they are bad ass

If I could I would rate zero stars. I am rating the nails that my daughter had done for her prom by Monique. The acrylic was so thick and lumpy. The underpart if the nail is bumpy and sharp. My daughter was bleeding and in tremendous pain. I normally don’t write negative reviews, but I want to protect others from thinking that thus Groupon was a great deal. Nope. Not a great deal. So here we are at another nail salon having my daughters nails repaired.
The salon is cute, but the fumes were awful from the acrylic. I learned my lesson.
