Robert is a great guy, very respectful and does good work. He does my annual backflow testing and has done a couple sprinkler system repairs for me — he does good work, and his charges have been very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Unlike previous reviews, I did not have any problems w/​the response time. Signed up online 3÷26÷13, got a confirming phone call on 3÷27÷13. Robert told me the test would be completed in April, which it was on the 21st. Paperwork given me very clear, price was competitive. I would definitely use their service again.

Three days after posting my Unilocal review this company finally came by (they never did call/​email back, but someone finally came over). They did the backflow testing. It went well. I think. To be entirely honest, I have no idea what backflow testing is, so I can only judge by the fact that my house is still here, and we have water, and my sprinklers work.
I hired them to come back next year ($ 30 or they’ll match any coupon for a cheaper place). I probably shouldn’t have after their slow responses, but I could live very happily never having to think about backflow testing (or what precisely that means) again, so I figured: why not.
